Voici en bref les enjeux du dossier n\u00b0200 de Peoplesphere, \u00e0 lire sans mod\u00e9ration!<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le bin\u00f4me Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \/ Direction RH en question. Nous savons que le People Management a d\u00e9finitivement gagn\u00e9 ses lettres de noblesse au sein des comit\u00e9s de direction. De plus en plus de patrons ont (re-)plac\u00e9 l\u2019humain au centre de la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise. Pour quelles raisons au fond ? Et avec quels r\u00e9sultats?<\/p>\n<p>Le premier objectif de notre dossier consiste \u00e0 comprendre quel est le d\u00e9clencheur de cette d\u00e9cision. A quel moment un CEO voire un comit\u00e9 de direction dans un bel \u00e9lan collectif d\u00e9cide-t-il de baser ses d\u00e9cisions sur les capacit\u00e9s voire les aspirations de ses effectifs?<br \/>\nParier sur le People Management comme premier levier de r\u00e9alisation des objectifs, ce n\u2019est (malheureusement) pas encore une \u00e9vidence. Forc\u00e9ment, cela peut ne pas convenir \u00e0 tout le monde\u2026 Il y a par ailleurs un risque majeur inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019impact d\u2019une personnalit\u00e9 forte sur la strat\u00e9gie: que se passe-t-il lorsque celle-ci dispara\u00eet et sort du giron de l\u2019organisation? La priorit\u00e9 accord\u00e9e au People Management ne risque-t-elle pas de passer \u00e0 la trappe?
