Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le cadre de la Chaire Securex de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Gand, les jeunes travailleurs adeptes du jobcrafting s&rsquo;infligeraient davantage de stress et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9!<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, <em>\u00ab\u00a0les jeunes travailleurs qui adaptent le contenu de leur travail et le personnalisent afin de construire leur carri\u00e8re, connaissent plus de stress (+22 %) et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 (+57 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un travailleur sur deux (47 %) personnalise le contenu de son job. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cela peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer positif car le jobcrafting augmente la productivit\u00e9, la satisfaction, la participation, l\u2019engagement, l\u2019innovation et l\u2019entreprenariat. Mais, aujourd\u2019hui, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude rel\u00e8ve \u00e9galement que personnaliser son job augmente l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de travail de 43 %.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;origine, le concept de personnalisation doit surtout permettre\u00a0aux\u00a0employ\u00e9s de trouver\u00a0une meilleure connexion avec ce qu\u2019ils aiment r\u00e9ellement faire, plut\u00f4t que de viser des opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Or, celui-ci\u00a0entra\u00eene chez les jeunes travailleurs (&lt; 40 ans) une augmentation du stress (13 %) et des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 (23 %). <em>\u00ab\u00a0La diff\u00e9rence est grande par rapport aux travailleurs de plus de 40 ans qui ne subissent pas de stress ou de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires lorsqu\u2019ils appliquent le job crafting. Les jeunes font plus de job crafting que les personnes plus \u00e2g\u00e9es, afin d\u2019augmenter leurs possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re (+17 %). Ce sont exactement ces m\u00eames jeunes job crafters qui subissent plus de stress (+22 %), signalent plus de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 (+57 %) et une intensit\u00e9 de travail plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (+27 %). En quelque sorte, ces jeunes cr\u00e9ent eux-m\u00eames leur stress.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le bon sens des travailleurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Compar\u00e9 aux jeunes, les travailleurs de plus de 40 ans personnalisent leur job davantage pour des raisons d\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e &#8211; vie professionnelle (+ 11%). Malgr\u00e9 le fait qu\u2019ils d\u00e9clarent que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de leur travail augmente de 33 %, ils ne rapportent ni stress suppl\u00e9mentaire, ni d\u2019augmentation des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. En ce qui concerne les jeunes qui font du job crafting en vue d\u2019un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e &#8211; travail, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de travail et le stress restent inchang\u00e9s, mais ils encourent bien plus de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 (+ 31 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Panel :<\/span><\/strong> <em>1754 salari\u00e9s issus du march\u00e9 du travail belge ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude au d\u00e9but 2015 (janvier). Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9-\u00e9chantillonnage, le panel comptait 1671 personnes.
