Dans le m\u00eame temps, les travailleurs accordent un score &lsquo;insuffisant&rsquo; \u00e0 leur employeur lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer leurs efforts visant \u00e0 construire l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 durable de leurs collaborateurs. Qui dit vrai?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le prestataire de services RH Acerta vient de mener une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 415 PDG \/ chefs d\u2019entreprise et de 2000 travailleurs (1500 employ\u00e9s et 500 ouvriers). Au menu de cette \u00e9tude : mesurer l&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 actuelle des travailleurs, \u00e9valuer les mesures et initiatives prises par l\u2019employeur et le travailleur pour augmenter l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et identifier les attentes futures concernant l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 du point de vue de l\u2019employeur et du travailleur. Avec quels r\u00e9sultats?<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Des employeurs tr\u00e8s positifs&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Tant les ouvriers que les employ\u00e9s sont lou\u00e9s pour leur employabilit\u00e9, leurs connaissances et leurs capacit\u00e9s\u00a0: selon 70\u00a0% des PDG, leurs employ\u00e9s sont disponibles pour diff\u00e9rents types de travail. En outre, les chefs d\u2019entreprise sont convaincus que 67\u00a0% de leurs employ\u00e9s et 54\u00a0% de leurs ouvriers pourraient, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en raison de cette employabilit\u00e9, trouver facilement un autre travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, les m\u00eames chefs d&rsquo;entreprise reconnaissent que la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s\u00a0n\u2019a pas de possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Les travailleurs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en 2015 dans l\u2019enqu\u00eate de mesure Talent-O avaient une image \u00e9quivalente concernant leurs possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement internes pour d\u2019autres fonctions (44\u00a0%). Toutefois, les chefs d\u2019entreprise ne consid\u00e8rent pas le succ\u00e8s de leurs travailleurs sur le march\u00e9 du travail comme une menace\u00a0: ils sont en effet convaincus que leurs travailleurs restent loyaux vis-\u00e0-vis de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette confiance est \u00e0 nouveau illustr\u00e9e lorsque les chefs d\u2019entreprise consid\u00e8rent l\u2019avenir. C\u2019est ainsi que 65,5\u00a0% sont convaincus que leurs travailleurs aimeront encore ex\u00e9cuter leur travail actuel dans les cinq ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Seuls 13\u00a0% pensent que leurs travailleurs ne seront plus alors aussi motiv\u00e9s qu\u2019ils le sont maintenant, alors que 15\u00a0% pensent qu\u2019ils auront d\u00e9pass\u00e9 leur fonction actuelle. Une conclusion tr\u00e8s optimiste, \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il semble. Si les travailleurs doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la m\u00eame question, ils ont une tout autre vision. C\u2019est ainsi que pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart des travailleurs d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils auront d\u00e9pass\u00e9 leur fonction dans les 3 \u00e0 5 ans. Pr\u00e8s de 42\u00a0% d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre pr\u00eats alors \u00e0 affronter un nouveau d\u00e9fi, tandis que 30\u00a0% escomptent qu\u2019ils seront moins motiv\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Enthousiasme non partag\u00e9 !<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un autre son de cloche du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des travailleurs donc. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs veulent pouvoir continuer \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer sur le plan du contenu\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, indique Philippe Depaepe. Les CEO&rsquo;s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se pencher sur le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs collaborateurs, c&rsquo;est une \u00e9vidence.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Et ceci se fait d\u2019abord en dialoguant avec le personnel, car vous identifiez ainsi ses forces et l\u2019\u00e9volution au sein de la fonction et de l\u2019organisation devient ainsi une responsabilit\u00e9 commune. Sur la base de ces talents, vous pouvez proposer un trajet de d\u00e9veloppement assorti de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s et de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Par l\u00e0, vous fid\u00e9lisez votre personnel qui continue ainsi \u00e0 travailler plus longtemps chez vous. Vous augmentez leur employabilit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019organisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse\u00a0: les employeurs pensent qu\u2019ils prennent de tr\u00e8s nombreuses initiatives pour renforcer l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de leurs travailleurs. Non moins de 70\u00a0% des PDG indiquent faire suffisamment de choses pour augmenter l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de leurs travailleurs et que le travailleur participe aussi \u00e0 cet effort\u00a0: c\u2019est ainsi que selon pr\u00e8s de trois quarts des PDG, leurs travailleurs font appel \u00e0 leur sup\u00e9rieur pour un conseil ou un coaching.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais alors que les chefs d\u2019entreprise sont convaincus que l\u2019on travaille des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s \u00e0 cet itin\u00e9raire de croissance d\u2019une employabilit\u00e9 durable, la r\u00e9ponse des travailleurs d\u00e9grise quelque peu\u00a0: \u00e0 peine 26,9\u00a0% des travailleurs adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 cette conclusion et indiquent que leur employeur fait des efforts pour augmenter leur employabilit\u00e9. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, moins de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs approchent leurs dirigeants pour un conseil.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dialogue de sourds? Manifestement, les attentes ne sont pas rencontr\u00e9es et chacun semble attendre que l&rsquo;initiative vienne de l&rsquo;autre partie.
