La\u00a0collaboration entam\u00e9e entre Autogrill, Care et G4S Event Solutions, encadr\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Enkira, constitue un bel exemple de mise en oeuvre de ce concept.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette collaboration offre aux travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel involontaires une solution transorganisationnelle et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des opportunit\u00e9s tant pour les travailleurs que pour les entreprises. Dans des secteurs tels que les soins de sant\u00e9, la vente au d\u00e9tail, l\u2019horeca, la logistique et le facility management, nombreux sont les collaborateurs qui ont involontairement un emploi \u00e0 temps partiel. Ces emplois \u00e0 temps partiel d\u00e9pendent en effet fortement des besoins et des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019affluence (matin et soir) dans le secteur. Pourtant, ces collaborateurs \u00e0 temps partiel pr\u00e9f\u00e8reraient un emploi \u00e0 temps plein, surtout pour des raisons financi\u00e8res. Pour y faire face, les entreprises peuvent d\u00e9sormais faire appel \u00e0 ces collaborateurs \u00e0 temps partiel. Nombreux d\u2019entre eux sont \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi \u00e0 temps plein. L&rsquo;avantage pour eux est une \u00e9volution financi\u00e8re, une plus grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences professionnelles et l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.
