Les travailleurs de plus de 45 ans semblent abandonn\u00e9s \u00e0 leur sort. Une erreur grossi\u00e8re voire une contradiction flagrante puisque nos autorit\u00e9s parient sur l&rsquo;allongement des carri\u00e8res&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle des 45-plus est souvent sous-estim\u00e9e. Les travailleurs dans ce groupe d\u2019\u00e2ge cherchent, comme les jeunes, des opportunit\u00e9s pour se r\u00e9aliser. A la diff\u00e9rence qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de structure ou de m\u00e9canisme incitant les entreprises \u00e0 se diriger vers ces talents l\u00e0. De plus, ils doivent combattre l\u2019\u00e0 priori qu\u2019ils sont trop \u00e2g\u00e9s pour \u00eatre mobiles, flexibles et autres&#8230;<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement\u00a0organis\u00e9\u00a0par l\u2019agence d\u2019outplacement Pangloss International, &lsquo;Talent for Belgium 45+&rsquo; vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces \u00e9cueils et offre aux professionnels de plus de 45 ans ainsi qu\u2019aux sp\u00e9cialistes des RH un lieu de rencontre d\u00e9di\u00e9 au recrutement. La 3\u00e8me \u00e9dition du forum aura lieu le 15 f\u00e9vrier au Bozar \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du travail d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui est marqu\u00e9 par la mobilit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. La mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e9tait, jusqu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique aux jeunes travailleurs, mais \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent les employ\u00e9s en milieu de carri\u00e8re deviennent eux-aussi plus mobiles. Leurs motivations sont peu diff\u00e9rentes. Parfois ils sont forc\u00e9s par le contexte \u00e9conomique \u00e0 trouver un autre emploi, mais le plus souvent ils se lancent eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s qui leur permettront de se r\u00e9aliser et de se lancer de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Cependant, contrairement aux jeunes, ils ont moins d\u2019occasions de rencontrer des recruteurs et ils p\u00e2tissent d\u2019une image de personne trop \u00ab \u00e2g\u00e9e \u00bb pour int\u00e9resser une entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande, le prestataire RH\u00a0a lanc\u00e9 le forum &lsquo;Talent for Belgium 45+&rsquo;. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Beaucoup de personnes n\u2019ont pas encore r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 45 ans, on est au milieu de sa carri\u00e8re.\u00a0Un forum comme \u00ab Talent for Belgium 45+ \u00bb est l\u00e0 pour soutenir ce changement de mentalit\u00e9.\u00a0L\u2019ampleur du d\u00e9fi devient claire avec les chiffres r\u00e9cents de l\u2019OCDE qui montre que le taux d\u2019emploi des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 45 ans et plus est de tout juste 44,6%. La moyenne des pays de l\u2019OCDE est \u00e0 58,2%. Une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente aupr\u00e8s des membres de ce groupe d\u2019\u00e2ge donne des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s concrets. Un quart des &lsquo;professionnels seniors&rsquo; cherche un nouveau travail. Seulement 1 r\u00e9pondant sur 4 de l\u2019enqu\u00eate a effectivement chang\u00e9 de travail au cours des 24 mois. La Banque Nationale Belge a annonc\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2015 la cr\u00e9ation de 114.000 nouveaux emplois en 3 ans.
