Une fonction en danger bien que plus indispensable que jamais. Voici donc en version int\u00e9grale.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Chaque mois, nous posons des questions. Et essayons d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9ponses (pertinentes). Nous les partageons et tentons d\u2019en extraire des tendances significatives. Pour contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution positive des strat\u00e9gies et pratiques en mati\u00e8re de People Management.<br \/>\nSans entrer dans les d\u00e9tails de la fabrication intellectuelle de votre Peoplesphere, il faut que vous sachiez que l\u2019exigence que nous d\u00e9veloppons repose sur trois piliers\u00a0: la recherche permanente de nouvelles sources d\u2019inspiration durable, le plaisir du partage et la volont\u00e9 d\u2019offrir une valeur ajout\u00e9e op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un processus continu, que nous avons aliment\u00e9 pour la 200\u00e8me fois au cours du mois \u00e9coul\u00e9. Nous imaginons donc des hypoth\u00e8ses pour les confronter \u00e0 vos avis et \u00e0 vos exp\u00e9riences et ensuite, proposer un agir commun qui puisse g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des performances sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles que nous connaissons d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de ces quasi 20 ann\u00e9es d\u2019analyse et d\u2019investigation (et le d\u00e9but de la douzi\u00e8me en ce qui me concerne), il y a aussi quelques certitudes que nous voulons partager avec le plus grand nombre, au sein de la communaut\u00e9 des People Managers et au-del\u00e0 \u00e9galement. En voici trois pour la route.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La fonction RH est en danger.<\/strong> <\/em>Elle est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 se r\u00e9inventer en permanence. \u201cComme toutes les autres fonctions\u201d, me direz-vous. \u201cPlus encore!\u201d vous r\u00e9pondrais-je\u2026 L\u2019entreprise ne s\u2019embarrasse plus aujourd\u2019hui de fonctions support qui se contentent d\u2019offrir un soutien ou de garantir le respect de r\u00e8gles administratives et l\u00e9gales qui nous rendent la vie compliqu\u00e9e. Elle exige de tous ses d\u00e9partements et de toutes ses fonctions qu\u2019ils contribuent directement \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de son chiffre d\u2019affaires et \u00e0 la valorisation de son capital. La d\u00e9monstration de la valeur ajout\u00e9e est un challenge permanent auquel aucun professionnel RH ne peut \u00e9chapper. Vous avez dit \u201cpression\u201d ?<\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, nous cultivons les paradoxes.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La fonction RH est indispensable.<\/strong><\/em> Tandis que le focus sur les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019intensifie, le besoin d\u2019humanit\u00e9 et de figures qui incarnent cette dimension n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi fort qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Qui d\u2019autre que les People Managers et les RH &#8211; hormis les CEO au sommet de l\u2019organisation, c\u2019est l\u2019objet de notre dossier mensuel ! &#8211; , peut s\u2019emparer de la question People dans l\u2019entreprise en affichant une compr\u00e9hension fine des probl\u00e9matiques inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la gestion des individus et des \u00e9quipes? Cette expertise s\u2019acquiert par la pratique, par l\u2019\u00e9change, par la r\u00e9flexion aussi. Elle doit aussi \u00eatre d\u00e9fendue en interne pour participer voire guider les prises de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La fonction RH doit \u00eatre connect\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em> Le monde est un r\u00e9seau. Les r\u00e9gions et les pays sont des r\u00e9seaux. Les associations, les entreprises, les \u00e9quipes sont des r\u00e9seaux\u2026 Nous ne pouvons plus concevoir aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019exercer notre art en vase clos. L\u2019information reste \u00e9videmment un \u00e9l\u00e9ment hyper essentiel. La capacit\u00e9 de la partager est une aptitude fondamentale. Mais il y a un bien plus pr\u00e9cieux encore: la relation. Elle constitue l\u2019enjeu principal de la p\u00e9riode que nous vivons actuellement. Seuls, nous ne sommes rien. C\u2019est dans la qualit\u00e9 de la relation avec autrui (clients, collaborateurs, amis, partenaires\u2026) que nous pouvons cr\u00e9er de la valeur.<br \/>\nEt lorsque nos carri\u00e8res respectives seront termin\u00e9es (un horizon fort fort lointain semble-t-il\u2026), que restera-t-il de nos exploits?
