Parmi les principaux enseignements : un net ralentissement de son activit\u00e9 compte tenu du gel des recrutements dans l&rsquo;administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et la position pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante du r\u00e9seau social Facebook dans le processus de sourcing des candidats.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Quelques chiffres et tendances ressortent du rapport d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s de Selor. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La tendance la plus marquante : les recherches d\u2019emploi se font de plus en plus via Facebook. Selor constate que le nombre d\u2019offres d\u2019emplois consult\u00e9es via Facebook a augment\u00e9 d\u2019un peu plus de 60 % au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. La tendance est encore plus marqu\u00e9e pour les candidatures. Ainsi, Selor a re\u00e7u 4.500 candidatures via ses offres post\u00e9es sur Facebook, soit une moyenne d\u2019environ 12 par jour. Ce chiffre \u00e9lev\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de pas moins de 135 % par rapport \u00e0 2014.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0Le choix effectu\u00e9 par Selor de diffuser toujours davantage d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi et de fa\u00e7on plus cibl\u00e9e sur Facebook explique ces r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Moins d\u2019emplois et de candidats\u00a0dans l&rsquo;ensemble<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les principaux clients de Selor sont les services publics f\u00e9d\u00e9raux. Le gel des recrutement dans l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale a eu un impact important sur les r\u00e9sultats de Selor en 2015. Selor a ainsi pourvu 3.257 postes vacants au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une diminution de 46 % par rapport \u00e0 2014. Le nombre de candidats par offre d\u2019emploi est rest\u00e9 similaire \u00e0 celui des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Le nombre global de candidats a diminu\u00e9 de 48 % et s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 87.792 candidats en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, Selor r\u00e9pertorie ses emplois en 4 cat\u00e9gories en fonction du niveau de dipl\u00f4me. Pour la toute premi\u00e8re fois, c\u2019est pour la cat\u00e9gorie A (emploi de niveau master) que Selor a enregistr\u00e9 le plus d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi : 36 %. Viennent ensuite les emplois de niveau C (secondaire sup\u00e9rieur, 34 %), suivis du niveau B (bachelier, 23 %) et enfin du niveau D (secondaire inf\u00e9rieur, 7 %).
