Le groupe Manpower annonce une transformation majeure de son organisation et une campagne de recrutement massif afin de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux nouveaux comportements des candidats notamment.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Alors que ses anciennes composantes volent en \u00e9clat, le nouveau monde du travail du 21e si\u00e8cle est en train d\u2019\u00e9merger. ManpowerGroup l\u2019a appel\u00e9 le Human Age 2.0. Pas moins de 70% des 210 responsables RH sond\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate \u2018Workforce Agility\u2019 de ManpowerGroup, enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat avec Peoplesphere, placent la recherche de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en t\u00eate de leurs priorit\u00e9s actuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le recours au travail flexible s\u2019impose comme la solution la plus pris\u00e9e. Dans un horizon de 3 \u00e0 5 ans, 48% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es s\u2019attendent \u00e0 faire davantage appel aux formules de travail flexible. <em>\u201cLa recherche de performance dans un environnement complexe et incertain oblige les entreprises \u00e0 adapter leur main d\u2019\u0153uvre que ce soit en qualit\u00e9 ou en quantit\u00e9 sur des cycles plus en plus courts. Nous avons voulu r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin et aux nouvelles conditions de march\u00e9 en repensant notre r\u00f4le d\u2019interm\u00e9diation entre les entreprises et les candidats\u201d<\/em> explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le soutien d\u2019\u00e9quipes de sp\u00e9cialistes marketing et de recruteurs \u2018digitaux\u2019, les m\u00e9dias sociaux et les communaut\u00e9s virtuelles sur le web forment la colonne vert\u00e9brale du nouveau mod\u00e8le de recrutement. Le site du recruteur attire chaque mois pr\u00e8s de 250.000 visiteurs et a permis\u00a0de\u00a0constituer une database de 800.000 candidats. Le groupe RH est suivi par plus de 30.000 personnes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. <em>\u201cIl s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er des communaut\u00e9s virtuelles rassemblant les candidats autour de nos marques et de leurs m\u00e9tiers au niveau national ou local. Nous observons une mont\u00e9e en puissance des recrutements via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Le bouche \u00e0 oreille se fait via le smartphone.\u201d<\/em> conclut Philippe Lacroix<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux et les canaux digitaux s\u2019imposent comme les principales ressources. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le temps o\u00f9 le consultant pla\u00e7ait des annonces et attendaient la visite des candidats en agence est largement r\u00e9volu. Les agences traditionnelles de Manpower laissent place progressivement \u00e0 des centres de recrutement plus importants o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rentes business units de ManpowerGroup travaillent ensemble. Ces nouveaux centres ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9s \u00e0 Bruxelles (Woluwe), Anvers, Waregem, Bruges, Louvain, Seneffe ou Charleroi (A\u00e9ropole).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir cette transformation et anticiper sa croissance, ManpowerGroup pr\u00e9voit le recrutement d\u2019une centaine de profils en 2016 \u2018pour imaginer le recrutement de demain\u2019. De nombreux postes sont \u00e0 pourvoir pour les diff\u00e9rentes marques du groupe sur les march\u00e9s porteurs de l\u2019IT, l\u2019Engineering et la Finance. Les profils concernent des fonctions de consultants, des consultants \u2018digitaux, des experts en l\u00e9gislation et administration ou des managers d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recrutement : de l\u2019art vers la science<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec l\u2019av\u00e8nement des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les individus sont devenus des \u2018candidats \u00e0 vie\u2019 et y d\u00e9voilent leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur cursus. Le cv est social et la priorit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre donn\u00e9e \u00e0 une connectivit\u00e9 rapide et efficace.\u00a0C\u2019est la raison qui a pouss\u00e9 ManpowerGroup \u00e0 entamer une transformation progressive de son r\u00e9seau d\u2019agences en int\u00e9grant de nouveaux services en amont et en aval. Aujourd\u2019hui, le sourcing des candidats est pilot\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing et des nouveaux m\u00e9dias. Une \u00e9quipe de recruteurs digitaux effectue un premier screening des candidats \u00e0 distance et constitue des pools de candidats \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019ensemble des consultants. Les agences traditionnelles situ\u00e9es en rue c\u00e8dent peu \u00e0 peu la place \u00e0 des centres de recrutement plus importants abritant diff\u00e9rents business units du groupe. Dans ces nouveaux centres, les consultants se concentrent sur leur m\u00e9tier RH : l\u2019\u00e9valuation des softs skills \u2013 toujours plus cruciaux aujourd\u2019hui \u2013 et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des candidats dans la bonne entreprise. Certains consultants se sp\u00e9cialisent \u00e9galement dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des plannings des candidats travaillant en pause dans les secteurs de l\u2019industrie, de la logistique ou de l\u2019horeca.
