Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif donc\u00a0: il y a du travail en abondance, quoi qu\u2019en disent les esprits chagrins qui d\u00e9plorent entre autres la transformation digitale parce qu\u2019elle bouscule les \u00e9quilibres de nos effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Et du c\u00f4t\u00e9 moins positif\u00a0: nous allons manquer de main d\u2019\u0153uvre \u2013 qualifi\u00e9e, pr\u00e9cisions-nous \u2013 afin de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate aux besoins du march\u00e9 et de nos organisations. Et la r\u00e9forme des pensions n\u2019y changera pas grand-chose, qu\u2019on se le dise.<\/p>\n<p>Les causes de ce challenge aigu en mati\u00e8re de staffing sont soci\u00e9tales. Elles ne sont pas du ressort imm\u00e9diat de l\u2019entreprise et pourtant, il faudra que celle-ci s\u2019y plonge rapidement en d\u00e9veloppant des strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 trouver de nouveaux \u00e9quilibres dans la composition de ses \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>De quoi parlons-nous\u00a0?<br \/>\nDu vieillissement dont nous voudrions qu\u2019il soit actif.<br \/>\nDu nombre impressionnant de jeunes gens qui sont d\u00e9connect\u00e9s du monde du travail, faute de rep\u00e8res et d\u2019un mod\u00e8le \u00e9ducatif pr\u00eat \u00e0 les r\u00e9int\u00e9grer.<br \/>\nD\u2019un vivier de jeunes talents hyper mobiles que nous devrions appr\u00e9hender \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle continentale, voire mondiale \u00e0 condition de bien comprendre pour quelles raisons ceux-ci nous accorderaient leur confiance (et leur loyaut\u00e9) puisqu\u2019ils se savent \u2018rares\u2019.<br \/>\nDe l\u2019impact des flux migratoires sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<br \/>\nEncore\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Est-il ind\u00e9cent de rappeler que la plupart des politiques publiques ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 lorsque l\u2019enjeu consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9concilier les \u00e9volutions socio-d\u00e9mographiques avec le march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0? Soyons fair-play\u00a0: les efforts entrepris vis-\u00e0-vis du ch\u00f4mage des jeunes sont manifestes. Les r\u00e9sultats sont au rendez-vous. Mais au-del\u00e0, nous subissons les mouvements de population sans parvenir \u00e0 imaginer de nouveaux dispositifs qui assurent le lien entre la main d\u2019\u0153uvre disponible et les besoins \u00e9mergents.<\/p>\n<p>Les constats de type \u2018\u2019l\u2019ascenseur social est en panne\u2019\u2019 ou \u2018\u2019le monde du travail g\u00e9n\u00e8re essentiellement de la souffrance\u2019\u2019 occupent l\u2019espace m\u00e9diatique pour nous rappeler l\u2019urgence. Il ne sert \u00e0 rien de se lamenter \u00e9ternellement. Il faut agir.
