Une des initiatives relev\u00e9es par nos \u00e9quipes dans le cadre du dossier n\u00b0201 de Peoplesphere, consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont nos entreprises rel\u00e8vent les d\u00e9fis socio-d\u00e9mographiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2030.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Deux fois par an, Proximus organise une session d\u2019accueil de futurs dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et accueille plus d\u2019une centaine de jeunes qui sont sur le point de terminer leurs \u00e9tudes afin de s\u00e9lectionner les 30 trainees qui rejoindront l\u2019entreprise d\u00e8s le 1er septembre.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme mis au point par Proximus il y a 15 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 est plus indispensable que jamais pour sourcer de nouveaux talents. Il s\u2019adresse \u00e0 des jeunes sans exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. La condition d\u2019entr\u00e9e\u00a0? Disposer d\u2019un master en \u00e9conomie, marketing, strat\u00e9gie, management, IT ou similaire.
