Cons\u00e9quence de cette \u00e9volution : le profil des int\u00e9rim managers se transforme progressivement lui aussi. Ceux-ci sont d\u00e9sormais plus jeunes et soucieux de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un r\u00e9el \u00e9change d\u2019expertise lors des missions qui leur sont confi\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon un sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment par BDO aupr\u00e8s de 200 int\u00e9rim managers, <em>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9volution de la conjoncture n\u2019a pas forc\u00e9ment entra\u00een\u00e9 un recul du nombre de missions d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management mais peut-\u00eatre un certain rajeunissement des interim managers. L\u2019image de l\u2019expert grisonnant en fin de carri\u00e8re ne colle donc plus \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Avant, dans le monde des affaires, l\u2019interim management s\u2019apparentait \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de restructurations ou \u00e0 la gestion de crises. De nos jours, il est plut\u00f4t devenu une d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique\u00a0: celle de recourir \u00e0 une expertise ext\u00e9rieure. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019int\u00e9rim management s\u2019est taill\u00e9 une place indiscutable dans la vie \u00e9conomique et sa progression se poursuit.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim managers<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (dont plus de 50\u00a0% \u00e9taient \u00e2g\u00e9es de 45 \u00e0 55\u00a0ans) ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 comme interim manager avant 45\u00a0ans. \u00c0 peine 2\u00a0% d\u2019entre elles ont commenc\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 60\u00a0ans. En revanche, il s\u2019agit toujours de hauts dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s\u00a0: il appara\u00eet que 77\u00a0% des participants ont un dipl\u00f4me de master et que 33\u00a0% disposent d\u2019un master compl\u00e9mentaire. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des interim managers occupent cette fonction depuis moins de cinq ans et poss\u00e8dent moins de cinq missions \u00e0 leur actif. Ce qui laisse supposer que la crise \u00e9conomique, avec sa p\u00e9nurie de postes fixes, est pass\u00e9e par l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la question de savoir s\u2019ils accepteraient \u00e0 nouveau un poste fixe, un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 des participants (44\u00a0%) r\u00e9pondent cat\u00e9goriquement par la n\u00e9gative. Il ressort par ailleurs que 37\u00a0% d\u2019entre eux accepteraient de retrouver un emploi fixe \u00e0 condition de pouvoir conserver leur statut d\u2019ind\u00e9pendant. Enfin, le maintien de ce statut ne joue aucun r\u00f4le pour 19\u00a0% d\u2019entre eux.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Quels avantages et inconv\u00e9nients?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Contre toute attente, ce n\u2019est pas la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qui semble surtout inciter les travailleurs \u00e0 se lancer dans l\u2019interim management. L\u2019argent arrive en effet en derni\u00e8re position. C\u2019est la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 qui est en t\u00eate du \u00ab\u00a0top trois\u00a0\u00bb avec 81\u00a0%, suivie par l\u2019autonomie (70\u00a0%) et le d\u00e9fi (70\u00a0%) inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 chaque nouvelle mission.<\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les inconv\u00e9nients rencontr\u00e9s par les interim managers dans le cadre de leur statut\u00a0? L\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 des revenus est per\u00e7ue pour plus de la moiti\u00e9 (57\u00a0%) des personnes interrog\u00e9es comme le plus gros inconv\u00e9nient, suivie par l\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re incertaine (31\u00a0%). Quant au manque de formation continue, il joue un certain r\u00f4le pour 17\u00a0% des interim managers interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre de l\u2019analyse SWOT.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le des prestataires (fournisseurs d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim managers) a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9. Parmi les plus-values attendues appara\u00eet d\u00e9sormais la dimension du d\u00e9veloppement personnel. La nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration cherche la variation et attend de son provider qu\u2019il lui fournisse formations et coaching.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0La formation (35\u00a0%) et le coaching (28\u00a0%) sont les attentes les plus fortes des int\u00e9rim managers. C\u2019est clairement une t\u00e2che qui revient au prestataire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique\u00a0Annelies Steenbeke de BDO. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Quand nous regardons autour de nous, nous voyons que le prestataire de services d\u2019int\u00e9rim management est encore trop consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une bo\u00eete aux lettres.
