Cette \u00e9valuation p\u00e9riodique des projets d&#8217;embauche observe une &lsquo;chute&rsquo; par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent&#8230; En cause notamment, la difficult\u00e9 r\u00e9currente de trouver les forces vives qui vont soutenir la croissance de notre tissu \u00e9conomique&#8230;<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon le barom\u00e8tre du prestataire de service SD Worx, les intentions d\u2019emploi se retrouvent au m\u00eame niveau qu\u2019\u00e0 l&rsquo;automne 2015. A l&rsquo;origine de ce recul, les PME s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 avoir moins de travail (une diminution de 7% en un trimestre !) et des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 pourvoir les emplois vacants.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le r\u00e9v\u00e8le le sondage, <em>\u00ab\u00a0une PME sur cinq envisage d&#8217;employer davantage de personnel dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Il y a trois mois, ce chiffre \u00e9tait encore de 28%. Ce recul des PME optimistes s&rsquo;explique par la nette augmentation du nombre de petites entreprises qui anticipent un statu quo. La proportion de PME pessimistes augmente \u00e0 peine (10,6% contre 9,4% \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re). La cause premi\u00e8re de ce &lsquo;r\u00e9alisme&rsquo; r\u00e9side dans les attentes par rapport au volume de travail, que les dirigeants des PME anticipent en baisse. Il y a trois mois, le pourcentage de PME qui esp\u00e9raient une augmentation du volume de travail \u00e9tait encore de 30%, alors qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est plus que de 23% aujourd&rsquo;hui.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate nous apprend que <em>\u00ab\u00a0les dirigeants de PME sont revenus les pieds sur terre et tablent \u00e0 nouveau sur une croissance lente. Le pessimisme ne progresse pas, mais bien le r\u00e9alisme. Fait \u00e9tonnant, les PME n&rsquo;ont pas du tout l&rsquo;assurance que leurs emplois vacants seront pourvus facilement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les intentions de recrutement au cours du prochain trimestre restent stables depuis trois trimestre, \u00e0 hauteur de 25,5% (des entreprises qui pr\u00e9voient d&#8217;embaucher). Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer si nos PME emploieront plus, moins ou autant de personnel dans les douze prochains mois, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution est plus n\u00e9gative. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si ce chiffre \u00e9tait encore de 28% le trimestre dernier, il n&rsquo;est plus d\u00e9sormais que de 21%. C&rsquo;est en Flandre que le recul est le plus marqu\u00e9, \u00e0 savoir de 30% \u00e0 19%. On observe un replie de 29% \u00e0 27% en Wallonie et en Bruxelles de 20% \u00e0 16%.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>De la difficult\u00e9 de recruter&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par ailleurs au d\u00e9lai dans lequel les emplois vacants sont pourvus, et ce en interrogeant les entreprises qui envisagent d&#8217;embaucher. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Fait marquant, 35,6% d&rsquo;entre elles seulement pensent que ce processus sera rapide, tandis que 33% d&rsquo;entre elles estiment que cela prendra du temps (la proportion de &lsquo;sans avis&rsquo; est de 31,4%). L&rsquo;incertitude est la plus grande \u00e0 Bruxelles, avec \u00e0 peine 20% de chefs d&rsquo;entreprise qui pensent que l&#8217;embauche de nouveaux collaborateurs se fera rapidement.\u00a0Pour les offres d&#8217;emploi en cours, le tableau est encore plus sombre: plus de la moiti\u00e9 des PME affirment qu&rsquo;il est difficile de pourvoir les emplois vacants actuels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie : la 23e \u00e9dition de la Pr\u00e9vision trimestrielle de l&rsquo;Emploi SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME belges quant \u00e0 leurs intentions d&#8217;emploi pour l&rsquo;avenir. Quelque 568 entreprises employant entre 5 et 99 personnes ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate. La marge d&rsquo;erreur est de 3% pour la totalit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.
