L\u2019explication est culturelle, du moins en partie puisque le taux d\u2019emploi de ces travailleurs n\u2019est que de 40% chez nous alors qu\u2019il est de 70% en Su\u00e8de! Le projet Experience@Work initi\u00e9 en avril 2014 s\u2019est donn\u00e9 pour mission, entre autres, de contribuer \u00e0 une approche dynamique du vieillissement actif. O\u00f9 en sommes-nous pr\u00e8s de deux ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de son lancement?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le projet Experience@Work a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en avril 2014 par Axa, Proximus et KBC, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 HazelHeartwood. Nous en faisions \u00e9cho dans notre \u00e9dition n\u00b0186 de Peoplesphere (juin 2014).<br \/>\nDepuis lors, l\u2019initiative est devenue un \u2018multi company mobility center\u2019 qui a pris la forme d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 coop\u00e9rative, cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 31 mars 2015 et autoris\u00e9e d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 fonctionner.<br \/>\nLors du lancement, les diff\u00e9rents partenaires soulignaient le lien entre le nombre d\u2019entreprises susceptibles d\u2019adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la plateforme et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de son fonctionnement, celui-ci reposant sur le nombre de profils \u00e0 partager. Seuls trois membres ont cependant rejoint la plateforme depuis lors (SD Worx, Arcadis et IBM)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Lire plus ?
