Objectif annonc\u00e9 du ministre : permettre aux employeurs de recruter tout en conservant une marge de flexibilit\u00e9 aussi large que possible.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Le ministre souhaite instaurer le travail int\u00e9rimaire pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e afin, d\u2019une part, de donner \u00e0 l\u2019employeur la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019occuper des travailleurs de mani\u00e8re plus flexible et, d\u2019autre part, de garantir aux int\u00e9rimaires une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le souligne Federgon, \u00ab\u00a0le ministre de l\u2019Emploi y voit notamment un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour le travailleur, qui disposerait notamment\u00a0d\u2019un acc\u00e8s aux cr\u00e9dits. Cette id\u00e9e, qui germait depuis longtemps dans le cadre des discussions entre partenaires sociaux de la Commission Paritaire pour le travail int\u00e9rimaire, fait petit \u00e0 petit son chemin et conna\u00eet un coup d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur suite \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du ministre Peeters.
