Ce fameux plafond de verre serait-il indestructible? Mais pourquoi diable, la situation ne s\u2019am\u00e9liore-t-elle (presque) pas? Le th\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres, et par cons\u00e9quent celui de l\u2019accession des femmes aux fonctions \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s, est \u00e0 l\u2019agenda depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0. Les entreprises ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans leurs pratiques et dans leurs organigrammes une connaissance r\u00e9elle des questions de diversit\u00e9. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomique est lui aussi d\u00e9montr\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 tout, la repr\u00e9sentation f\u00e9minine au sein des \u00e9quipes de direction ne progresse quasiment pas.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Quels sont les freins qu\u2019il nous reste \u00e0 lever ?<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons que les arguments rationnels et purement \u00e9conomiques \u2013 \u00e0 savoir l\u2019importance des femmes dans le r\u00e9servoir des talents qualifi\u00e9s et leur r\u00f4le croissant dans les processus de d\u00e9cision d\u2019achats \u2013 ne suffisent pas. Ce sont les mentalit\u00e9s, ancr\u00e9es dans une g\u00e9n\u00e9tique profonde, qu\u2019il faut r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 modifier.<\/p>\n<p>Certains secteurs semblent condamn\u00e9s. Les patrons dans le secteur de l\u2019ICT nous r\u00e9p\u00e8tent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement qu\u2019ils aimeraient compter davantage d\u2019amazones dans leurs rangs\u2026 mais ils nous disent aussi qu\u2019il n\u2019y en a tout simplement pas sur les bancs des auditoires et donc pas davantage sur les plateformes de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devrons aussi nous interroger si la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du nouveau monde du travail constitue vraiment un \u00e9l\u00e9ment favorable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une nouvelle couche dirigeante f\u00e9minis\u00e9e\u2026 A priori, les gains de flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e\/vie professionnelle devraient \u00eatre des adjuvants. Est-ce le cas? L\u2019estompement des fronti\u00e8res entre le bureau et la maison, avec un niveau d\u2019exigence renforc\u00e9 sur le plan de la performance, peut-il vraiment venir au soutien du leadership f\u00e9minin?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin, enfin, peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une voie alternative voire un moyen d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux fonctions dirigeantes pour les talents en manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s au sein des entreprises classiques. Oui mais\u2026 La premi\u00e8re carence dont souffrent nos entreprises est celle de la taille. La promotion de l\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise aupr\u00e8s de tous \u2013 et en particulier aupr\u00e8s des femmes \u2013 est indispensable. Une politique volontariste en la mati\u00e8re parviendra-t-elle \u00e0 \u00e9branler la stabilit\u00e9 des statistiques ?<\/p>\n<p>Bon. La route semble encore longue! Cependant, certaines organisations parviennent \u00e0 installer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les genres dans leur ADN. Sous l\u2019impulsion de r\u00e9seaux internes qui parviennent \u00e0 modifier les comportements et\/ou de leaders qui agissent \u00e0 la fois par conviction et par bon sens \u00e9conomique, elles y arrivent. Elles apportent une preuve vivante que ceci est\u2026 possible!<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e8gne annonc\u00e9 de la collaboration et du bien-\u00eatre comme fils rouges de l\u2019entreprise de demain joue en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. Il nous faut donc un surplus d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de motivation pour trouver le d\u00e9clic, le moment o\u00f9 il sera \u00e9vident que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, cherchons de l\u2019inspiration aupr\u00e8s des t\u00e9moins qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ce dossier et\u2026 gardons la foi\u00a0! Cherchant une signification contemporaine au mythe de Sisyphe (nous pourrions y voir une m\u00e9taphore de notre dossier th\u00e9matique\u2026), Albert Camus soulignait que \u00ab\u00a0la lutte elle-m\u00eame vers les sommets suffit \u00e0 remplir le c\u0153ur d\u2019un homme\u00a0\u00bb.
