C\u2019est un retour timide de la confiance aupr\u00e8s des employeurs que nous laisse entrevoir le prestataire de services RH\u2026 A g\u00e9om\u00e9trie tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s variable selon les secteurs et les r\u00e9gions visiblement\u2026<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>A suivre donc car ces pr\u00e9visions ne rejoignent pas forc\u00e9ment celles des instances officielles comp\u00e9tentes sur le plan \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Le climat sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en Belgique devrait \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus propice aux embauches au cours des trois prochains mois. Apr\u00e8s un 3e trimestre en berne (-1), l\u2019indice ManpowerGroup rebondit et affiche \u00e0 nouveau une valeur positive \u00e0 +3 (apr\u00e8s correction des variations saisonni\u00e8res). C\u2019est une hausse de 4 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et au 4e trimestre 2013. En effet, sur les 751 employeurs belges interrog\u00e9s fin juillet par le sp\u00e9cialiste des ressources humaines, 4% pr\u00e9voient une augmentation de leurs effectifs d\u2019ici la fin du mois de d\u00e9cembre, seulement 1% anticipent des licenciements et 92% un statu quo. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019horizon se d\u00e9gage peu \u00e0 peu sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en Belgique et l\u2019ann\u00e9e devrait s\u2019achever sur une note l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus positive que l\u2019an dernier, offrant des opportunit\u00e9s dans plusieurs secteurs \u201d explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux.\u201cN\u00e9anmoins, cela ne signifie pas que la confiance soit vraiment de retour, les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate ne permettant de d\u00e9celer une tendance dans ce sens, ni dans notre pays, ni en Europe. Les employeurs soufflent le chaud et le froid et restent focalis\u00e9s sur le court terme dans un contexte toujours incertain. Deux facteurs p\u00e8seront encore sur leurs d\u00e9cisions d\u2019embaucher au cours des prochains mois: d\u2019une part, l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale et du climat conjoncturel, et d\u2019autre part, les mesures que prendront les diff\u00e9rents gouvernements en faveur de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises.\u201d <\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9visions encourageantes \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Flandre<\/h2>\n<p>Les perspectives d\u2019emploi pour le prochain trimestre sont contrast\u00e9es au niveau r\u00e9gional. Les employeurs bruxellois (+5) font preuve d\u2019un optimisme mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et rapportent des pr\u00e9visions d\u2019embauche en am\u00e9lioration constante pour le cinqui\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif. En Flandre (+4), la Pr\u00e9vision Nette atteint son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis le 3e trimestre 2011 et progresse d\u2019un trimestre et d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre, de 8 et 6 points respectivement.  En revanche, la confiance des employeurs se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif  en Wallonie (-3), perdant 3 points d\u2019un trimestre sur l\u2019autre et 6 points d\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre. <\/p>\n<h2>Les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi augmentent fortement dans trois secteurs<\/h2>\n<p>Les perspectives d\u2019emploi pour le prochain trimestre sont positives dans six secteurs sur 10. La confiance des employeurs se renforce de fa\u00e7on significative dans trois secteurs: le Transport, la logistique et els communications (+5, la pr\u00e9vision la plus optimiste depuis le 1er trimestre 2012, en forte progression de 9 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent),  la Finance, l\u2019assurance, l\u2019immobilier et les services aux entreprises (+5, son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis le 2e trimestre 2013, en progression de 5 points en comparaison trimestrielle et de 4 points en comparaison annuelle) et l\u2019Horeca (+4, son meilleur score depuis le 2e trimestre 2013, en progression spectaculaire de 12 points par rapport au 4e trimestre 2013).  Les employeurs du secteur de l\u2019Electricit\u00e9, gaz et eau et de l\u2019Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re rapportent des pr\u00e9visions positives et assez stables par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (tous deux \u00e0 +4). L\u2019activit\u00e9 de recrutement devrait rester quasiment \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat dans les secteurs des Services publics, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la sant\u00e9 et des services collectifs (+1) et  de la Construction (0).
