Christine rejoindra en effet le groupe Mestdagh en tant que Directrice des Ressources Humaines du Groupe Mestdagh et membre du Comit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnel de Direction.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Citant Renaud Mazy, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Cliniques Saint Luc : <em>\u00ab\u00a0D\u2019un service de support essentiellement ax\u00e9 sur la gestion administrative du personnel, Christine est parvenue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9partement mettant au service de l\u2019institution une politique de ressources humaines coh\u00e9rente, lisible et transparente. En interne, cela s\u2019est traduit par la mise en place de processus pour la GOP, le recrutement, la mobilit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement du personnel. En externe, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable \u00ab\u00a0marketing RH\u00a0\u00bb a permis de positionner Saint-Luc parmi les employeurs attractifs pour les potentiels nouvelles  recrues; un fait alors unique dans le secteur des h\u00f4pitaux en Belgique francophone. C\u2019est \u00e9galement sous son impulsion que les activit\u00e9s de communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au sein du D\u00e9partement devenu \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9partement Ressources Humaines et communication\u00a0\u00bb. Consciente qu\u2019une politique RH compl\u00e8te doit  s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de communication interne, elle a donn\u00e9 son impulsion au d\u00e9marrage de ces activit\u00e9s au sein des Cliniques et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du Service de communication dont les activit\u00e9s \u00e9taient partag\u00e9es avec l\u2019UCL dans le pass\u00e9. Tout au long de ses dix ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es au sein des Cliniques, Christine a su convaincre les diff\u00e9rentes parties-prenantes, dont ses coll\u00e8gues au sein du CODIR, du bien-fond\u00e9 de ses projets.  Elle a \u00e9galement veill\u00e9 en permanence \u00e0 maintenir un dialogue ouvert et constructif avec les partenaires sociaux.  Vivant au plus pr\u00e8s les valeurs institutionnelles telles que le respect et la collaboration, Christine a toujours plac\u00e9 l\u2019humain au centre de ses pr\u00e9occupations et veill\u00e9 \u00e0 concilier les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019institution avec ceux des individus.  Son investissement au sein du CODIR fut \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9 par cette int\u00e9grit\u00e9 qui l\u2019honore.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ensemble de ces r\u00e9alisations ont permis \u00e0 Christine Thiran d\u2019obtenir en 2010 le titre de HR Manager de l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u00e9livr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la 21\u00e8me HRM Night.<\/p>\n<p>Nous reviendrons tr\u00e8s prochainement en compagnie de Christine sur son nouveau challenge au sein du groupe de distribution solidement ancr\u00e9 sur le territoire et dot\u00e9 d\u2019un actionnariat familial qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son attachement \u00e0 la proximit\u00e9 avec ses collaborateurs et partenaires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mouvement important au sein de la communaut\u00e9 des People Managers en Belgique !
