Le secteur du Profit Social est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis : le vieillissement de la population, l\u2019obligation de pension \u00e0 65\/67 ans, l\u2019organisation de structures flexibles pour pouvoir r\u00e9pondre rapidement et efficacement \u00e0 la demande du march\u00e9, l\u2019augmentation de la rentabilit\u00e9, l\u2019augmentation de la qualit\u00e9 du travail, la diminution de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9tention du personnel, \u2026<\/p>\n

L\u2019innovation sociale peut constituer une r\u00e9ponse \u00e9vidence, \u00e0 condition de consid\u00e9rer qu’elle est bien plus qu\u2019une innovation technologique, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019 innovation dans les pratiques de travail et les modes d\u2019organisation.
