Depuis 2006, l&rsquo;Union Wallonne des Entreprises s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e au secr\u00e9tariat social Partena afin de publier un rapport annuel sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des absences au travail en Wallonie. La dixi\u00e8me \u00e9tude vient de para\u00eetre.<\/h1>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Deux \u00e9volutions majeures \u00e0 retenir pour les 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Le nombre de jours r\u00e9ellement prest\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s est pass\u00e9 entre 2005-2006 et 2014-2015 de 196 jours \u00e0 191 jours en moyenne par ann\u00e9e, soit une diminution de 5 jours ou de 2,5% par rapport au temps ouvrable ;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Le nombre de cong\u00e9s l\u00e9gaux \u00e9tant rest\u00e9 constant au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ce sont les autres causes d\u2019absent\u00e9isme qui ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 \u00e0 la hausse ou \u00e0 la baisse (nous en donnons les 8 principales ci-apr\u00e8s).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A la hausse<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Ce sont principalement les incapacit\u00e9s non professionnelles de courte dur\u00e9e (moins de 30 jours) et en particulier de longue dur\u00e9e (plus de 30 jours) qui connaissent un accroissement continu et qui constituent la principale cause d\u2019absence (soit 37% du total des absences).<br \/>\n\u00b7 Les cong\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gaux augmentent aussi de mani\u00e8re continue depuis 2005-2006 ; ils repr\u00e9sentent 5% du total des absences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A la baisse<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Les incapacit\u00e9s de travail professionnelles constitu\u00e9es des accidents du travail ou survenus sur le chemin du travail ainsi que les maladies professionnelles sont en diminution constante depuis 2006-2007, elles plafonnent \u00e0 3% du total des absences.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Les interruptions de carri\u00e8res (qui recouvrent le cr\u00e9dit-temps et les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques) connaissent depuis 3 p\u00e9riodes une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution tout en repr\u00e9sentant 11% du total des absences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Restent constants dans le temps<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Les repos compensatoires dans le cadre de la r\u00e9duction du temps de travail s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 7% du total.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Les absences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la maternit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 l\u2019adoption se maintiennent \u00e0 4% du total.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Avec des hauts et des bas<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Le ch\u00f4mage temporaire a atteint son pic en 2009-2010 (le double de 2014-2015) ; sa part est actuellement de 10% du total.<br \/>\n\u00b7 L\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour fait de gr\u00e8ve a connu 2 pics en 2005-2006 et 2014-2015.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des causes d\u2019absences, les porteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude\u00a0souhaitent rappeler que les absences ont un co\u00fbt tant pour les employeurs que les travailleurs, mais aussi pour la collectivit\u00e9. Il est donc primordial que l\u2019ensemble des acteurs concern\u00e9s tendent \u00e0 construire conjointement, un march\u00e9 du travail qui convient \u00e0 tous et qui pourra soutenir l\u2019\u00e9conomie de notre pays. Pour ce faire, les Gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et r\u00e9gionaux, ainsi que les interlocuteurs sociaux, ont un r\u00f4le primordial \u00e0 jouer afin de faciliter les mesures permettant d\u2019organiser au mieux la formation et le travail tout en pouvant faire face aux d\u00e9fis d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain comme le vieillissement de la population active, l\u2019emploi des jeunes, la globalisation, la num\u00e9risation et la rapidit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9volution du monde du travail en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>A cet \u00e9gard, l&rsquo;UWE insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9\u00a0d\u2019organiser le tutorat de mani\u00e8re optimale et\u00a0de moderniser le droit du travail dans le cadre des n\u00e9gociations qui se d\u00e9rouleront en 2016 entre les interlocuteurs sociaux et le Gouvernement sur le \u00abtravail faisable \u2013 agilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019emploi\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme wallon dans la dur\u00e9e nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le-t-elle quelques \u00e9volutions significatives?
