Le consortium de validation des comp\u00e9tences vient de dresser un bilan utilitaire de l&rsquo;outil &lsquo;Titre de comp\u00e9tence&rsquo; en Belgique francophone.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Quels acquis, quels enjeux, quelles perspectives pour la validation des comp\u00e9tences? Ces questions \u00e9taient au programme de la journ\u00e9e \u00ab La validation des comp\u00e9tences, \u00e7a roule ! Comment ? \u00bb, organis\u00e9e ce 19 avril \u00e0 Namur par le Consortium de validation des comp\u00e9tences, en pr\u00e9sence de la Ministre de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation, Eliane Tillieux.<\/p>\n<p>La validation des comp\u00e9tences s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toute personne de plus de 18 ans, ayant une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle mais pas de dipl\u00f4me ou de certificat correspondant. Pour ce faire, la personne peut passer une \u00e9preuve de validation des comp\u00e9tences qui sera \u00e9valu\u00e9e par un jury de professionnels dans un Centre agr\u00e9\u00e9. En cas de r\u00e9ussite, un Titre de comp\u00e9tence est d\u00e9livr\u00e9. Ce Titre est un document officiel (reconnu par les gouvernements francophones) qui atteste de la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019une partie de m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le lancement du dispositif en 2003, plus de 25.000 Titres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s dans 36 m\u00e9tiers et via 47 Centres de validation des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Wallonie. Un peu plus de 60% des personnes ayant d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un Titre \u00e9taient des chercheurs d\u2019emploi peu qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019avis des candidats et des patrons<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Titre de comp\u00e9tence joue un r\u00f4le particulier dans le parcours professionnel d\u2019une personne. Preuve officielle de la comp\u00e9tence, renforcement de l\u2019estime de soi, reprise d\u2019une formation avec dispense, mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, sont quelques-uns des effets du Titre de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<p>Les chefs d\u2019entreprise voient aussi un avantage au dispositif. Ceux-ci per\u00e7oivent\u00a0le Titre de comp\u00e9tence comme un outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence lors d\u2019un recrutement, mais aussi un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour l\u2019estime de la personne dans un parcours d\u2019insertion. Ils\u00a0estiment par ailleurs que les Titres de comp\u00e9tence obtenus par leurs employ\u00e9s am\u00e9liorent l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise aupr\u00e8s de ses clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Perspectives<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Fonds social europ\u00e9en, du Plan Marshall et du Plan 2025, divers projets sont en cours tels que le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une nouvelle approche par dossier (Le candidat doit prouver par des exemples concrets et illustr\u00e9s des situations de travail). Par ailleurs, l\u2019optimalisation du service au public est une priorit\u00e9, avec une mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un maximum d\u2019unit\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences, l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019offre \u00e0 de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers &#8211; notamment les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019avenir ou en \u00e9volution \u2013 mais aussi une plus grande int\u00e9gration du dispositif de Validation des comp\u00e9tences dans les outils d\u2019identification des comp\u00e9tences et les parcours des individus (reprise en formation, modules de renforcement, \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Consortium de validation des comp\u00e9tence<\/em>s<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Europe encourage les syst\u00e8mes de reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences dans une perspective de mobilit\u00e9.
