Le &lsquo;Barde&rsquo; britannique, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 donc le 23 avril 2016, est reconnu pour ses enseignements d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 publique lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de diriger une \u00e9quipe, une assembl\u00e9e, une nation.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Bien que parfaitement ancr\u00e9 dans son \u00e9poque et son environnement, l&rsquo;oeuvre de Shakespeare est largement utilis\u00e9e aujourd&rsquo;hui dans de nombreuses entreprises et autres cercles acad\u00e9miques afin d&rsquo;\u00e9clairer les leaders en qu\u00eate de clairvoyance. Pourquoi ? Personne n&rsquo;a mieux d\u00e9crit \u00e0 ce jour la condition humaine dans sa complexit\u00e9, ses forces et ses faiblesses, sa qu\u00eate du pouvoir et sa difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercer. Voici donc 7 le\u00e7ons de leadership prodigu\u00e9es par le ma\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Ne soyez pas ambitieux aux d\u00e9pens de la moralit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong> (Don\u2019t be ambitious without being moral) &#8211; Vous voulez atteindre les sommets? Ceux-ci ne peuvent se conqu\u00e9rir, \u00e0 long terme, par le &lsquo;meurtre&rsquo; et la perversion.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Halte \u00e0 la procrastination<\/em><\/strong> (Don\u2019t procrastinate) &#8211; Hamlet, prince du Danemark, \u00e9tait incapable de prendre une d\u00e9cision. L&rsquo;inaction peut \u00eatre toxique. To be or not to be&#8230; ?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Apprenez \u00e0 enthousiasmer par le discours<\/em><\/strong> (Know how to give a rousing speech) &#8211; Jadis, le leadership consistait \u00e0 convaincre les troupes de s&rsquo;engager sans retenue dans la bataille et \u00e0 affronter les pires dangers jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mort&#8230; Nous ne risquons pas notre vie au travail, mais l&rsquo;importance de booster le moral des troupes reste le principal enjeu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5. Ne vous fiez pas aux rumeurs<\/em><\/strong> (Don\u2019t listen to gossip) &#8211; Othello s&rsquo;y est perdu. Avant d&rsquo;agir, v\u00e9rifiez toujours les sources d&rsquo;information et mieux encore, les motivations \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de telle ou telle rumeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>6. Faites confiance \u00e0 votre instinct<\/em><\/strong> (Trust your instincts) &#8211; C\u00e9sar savait qu&rsquo;il devait se m\u00e9fier de Cassius. Le doute a droit de cit\u00e9 dans le raisonnement du leader. Il convient d&rsquo;y porter attention afin de ne pas verser dans l&rsquo;angoisse.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>7.
