L\u2019\u00e9cart de salaire li\u00e9 au genre est de 9,8% en Belgique pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2015 (contre 16,3% au niveau de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne). Cet \u00e9cart mesure la diff\u00e9rence entre le salaire horaire brut moyen des hommes et des femmes, tous secteurs \u00e9conomiques confondus. Si l\u2019on consid\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e9cart de salaire sur base annuelle, celui-ci monte \u00e0 35,9% (contre 41,1% \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne).
