









{"id":2769,"date":"2016-04-24T21:37:17","date_gmt":"2016-04-24T19:37:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=2769"},"modified":"2016-04-24T21:37:17","modified_gmt":"2016-04-24T19:37:17","slug":"une-semaine-de-4-jours-generalisee-avec-embauche-compensatoire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/une-semaine-de-4-jours-generalisee-avec-embauche-compensatoire\/","title":{"rendered":"Une semaine de 4 jours g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e avec embauche compensatoire?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>La proposition \u00e9mane du parti Ecolo, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de son Ecolab consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du temps de travail.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0En effet, la redistribution du temps de travail telle que nous la proposons via la semaine de quatre jours, peut contribuer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux emplois, \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 du travail et \u00e0 une meilleure distribution des richesses sans accentuer la pression sur les ressources naturelles.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>A l\u2019issue de l\u2019Ecolab r\u00e9duction du temps de travail qui se tenait ce dimanche 24 avril \u00e0 Namur (*), les \u00e9cologistes se sont prononc\u00e9s tr\u00e8s clairement pour la semaine des 4 jours avec embauche compensatoire.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi se caract\u00e9rise aujourd\u2019hui par un ch\u00f4mage structurel important, notamment chez les jeunes et les travailleurs peu qualifi\u00e9s, un nombre grandissant de maladies professionnelles et de nombreux temps partiels subis, principalement par des femmes.Les partis traditionnels misent sur des r\u00e9ductions de cotisation non-conditionn\u00e9es \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation effective d\u2019emploi, sur une flexibilisation accrue des contrats de travail (mesures Peeters dans le cadre de l\u2019ajustement budg\u00e9taire) et sur un retour de la croissance pour cr\u00e9er des emplois et r\u00e9gler ce probl\u00e8me du non-emploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9flexions gouvernementales laissent sceptiques les groupes de travail \u00e9cologistes: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Rien n\u2019indique pourtant que les recettes utilis\u00e9es contribueront \u00e0 une croissance suffisante \u00e0 court ou long terme, ni qu\u2019elles conduiront \u00e0 de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois de qualit\u00e9, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9volution des technologies et de l\u2019intelligence artificielle pourrait \u00e9galement aboutir \u00e0 la disparition de nombreux emplois dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Sans compter que la croissance du PIB s\u2019accompagne \u00e9galement de la croissance de la pollution et des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et donc \u00e0 une pression accrue sur l\u2019environnement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Proposition disruptive et&#8230; tenable ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le temps de travail au sein de l\u2019entreprise qui d\u00e9cide de passer \u00e0 cette formule apr\u00e8s concertation sociale interne est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 une moyenne de 4 jours et 32 heures par semaine, sans perte de salaire. Le temps de travail peut \u00eatre r\u00e9parti sur une p\u00e9riode plus longue que la semaine, en accord avec le travailleur. Une embauche compensatoire de minimum 50 % (y compris par augmentation du temps de travail des travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel au sein de l\u2019entreprise) est obligatoire.
