Principal grief : le manque de prise en compte de leurs attentes individuelles par leur management et par les d\u00e9partements RH&#8230; Visiblement, le d\u00e9calage entre les initiatives en cours et les besoins des travailleurs s&rsquo;est renforc\u00e9 au cours de ces derniers mois.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le la Global Talent Trends Study 2016 de Mercer, pour laquelle les chercheurs ont interrog\u00e9 1730 professionnels RH et 4500 travailleurs dans 17 pays. Les principales raisons d\u2019insatisfaction des travailleurs sont un manque de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, des processus d\u00e9suets et une insatisfaction quant au r\u00f4le de leur manager.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 85% des organisations interrog\u00e9es, leurs programmes et leur politique de gestion des talents ont besoin d\u2019\u00eatre revus de toute urgence. Simultan\u00e9ment, seules 4% affirment que les ressources humaines sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un partenaire strat\u00e9gique pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que neuf entreprises sur dix s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que la concurrence des talents s\u2019intensifie en 2016. Plus d\u2019un tiers des organisations estiment que cette augmentation sera consid\u00e9rable. Tandis que 70% des organisations pensent \u00eatre en mesure de pourvoir les fonctions critiques en interne, 28% des travailleurs d\u00e9clarent vouloir quitter leur entreprise dans les 12 mois, m\u00eame s\u2019ils sont satisfaits de leur fonction actuelle.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs sont actuellement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une concurrence rude pour la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, alors que dans de nombreux pays, le ch\u00f4mage reste \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le probl\u00e8me ne se limite donc pas \u00e0 un manque de talents\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Ilya Bonic, Senior Partner et President de Mercers Talent Business. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le probl\u00e8me est le manque de talents ad\u00e9quats, au bon moment et \u00e0 la bonne place, pour pouvoir faire concurrence et garantir les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise. La demande de talents disposant d\u2019un esprit analytique, de capacit\u00e9s de leadership inspirant et d\u2019un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit global est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que l\u2019offre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kate Bravery, Partner et Global Solutions Leader chez Mercers Talent Business, ajoute: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs ont plus de choix que jamais. Ils exigent une nouvelle proposition de valeur de la part ds employeurs, avec davantage d\u2019encadrement de la carri\u00e8re, de flexibilit\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer leur propre travail et de possibilit\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences. Le d\u00e9fi pour les professionnels des ressources humaines r\u00e9side dans la satisfaction des souhaits des travailleurs tout en cr\u00e9ant un avantage comp\u00e9titif au niveau des talents.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tendances et priorit\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi mondial<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une concurrence d\u2019ordre mondial, la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de gestion des talents d\u00e9pend du fait que les entreprises parviennent ou non \u00e0 inspirer, impliquer et conserver des travailleurs de diff\u00e9rents sexes, \u00e2ges, cultures et origines. L\u2019\u00e9tude de Mercer montre que l\u2019accroissement de la diversit\u00e9 du pool de talents arrive en troisi\u00e8me place des tendances sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, avec un impact sur la gestion de l\u2019entreprise. La premi\u00e8re place est occup\u00e9e par une concurrence accrue sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi issue des \u00e9conomies \u00e9mergentes, et la deuxi\u00e8me par la p\u00e9nurie de talents.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude, l\u2019importance que les entreprises accordent au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un effectif vari\u00e9 ne se traduit pas encore par des actions cibl\u00e9es sur les travailleurs. Bien que 73 % des entreprises travaillent au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9quipes de management plus vari\u00e9es, seuls 54 % des travailleurs d\u00e9clarent que leur organisation dispose d\u2019un programme efficace pour y parvenir.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9partements RH doivent changer de mani\u00e8re substantielle s\u2019ils veulent combler le fracture entre les id\u00e9es des employeurs et des travailleurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Kate Bravery. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut notamment une plus grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver des talents, de meilleurs outils et aptitudes de management pour offrir une proposition de carri\u00e8re et des comp\u00e9tences mieux d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans le domaine de l\u2019analyse du personnel, afin d\u2019arriver \u00e0 une gestion des talents reposant sur les donn\u00e9es.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans les entreprises de demain, les employeurs veilleront \u00e0 ce que leur approche des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux talents ait un impact mesurable sur le fait d\u2019attirer les talents et de les rendre plus productifs. Mercer identifie cinq priorit\u00e9s cruciales \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, dont les entreprises devraient tenir compte d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Veiller \u00e0 une plus grande diversit\u00e9 dans le pool de talents<br \/>\n&#8211; Adopter le nouveau mode de travail<br \/>\n&#8211; Composer des trajets de carri\u00e8re plus passionnants<br \/>\n&#8211; Simplifier les processus li\u00e9s aux talents<br \/>\n&#8211; Red\u00e9finir la valeur des ressources humaines pour l\u2019entreprise<\/p>\n<p>Ces priorit\u00e9s s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 toutes les entreprises, quels que soient leur localisation et leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.
