Cette ann\u00e9e, une dizaine de marques dites &lsquo;disruptives&rsquo; (Google, Uber, Tesla\u2026) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate. Malgr\u00e9 la &lsquo;hype&rsquo; qui les entoure, elles ne figurent pas automatiquement parmi les employeurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Encore quelques heures de patience pour d\u00e9couvrir qui sont les employeurs les plus attractifs du pays suivant le barom\u00e8tre \u00e9tabli par le groupe Randstad&#8230; Voici, en guise d&rsquo;amuse-bouche, la revue des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rants pour bien figurer sur cette \u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des conditions salariales reste le principal crit\u00e8re dans le choix d&rsquo;un employeur. Ce crit\u00e8re devance tout juste l&rsquo;ambiance de travail agr\u00e9able et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi. C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois dans l&rsquo;histoire de cette \u00e9tude que l&rsquo;ambiance de travail parvient \u00e0 une position aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le classement. Il faut \u00e9galement\u00a0remarquer que la localisation de l&rsquo;entreprise gagne, cette ann\u00e9e encore, en importance. 40% des r\u00e9pondants estiment qu&rsquo;elle est l&rsquo;une des cinq premi\u00e8res raisons de s\u00e9lectionner un employeur plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un autre.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des principales conclusions de la seizi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de Randstad sur l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 des employeurs en Belgique, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 15 000 r\u00e9pondants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pas d&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 automatique<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2000, Randstad \u00e9tudie la marque d&#8217;employeur des plus grandes entreprises belges.\u00a0Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;est \u00e9largie \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres segments du march\u00e9 du travail. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Apr\u00e8s les secteurs publics et non marchands, apr\u00e8s les grandes institutions internationales,\u00a0les marques disruptives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incluses cette ann\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas au sens\u00a0strict d&rsquo;un secteur distinct puisque ces organisations appartiennent \u00e0 plusieurs champs de\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie. Mais elles ont en commun de constituer une menace pour les autres entreprises\u00a0de leur branche. La plupart d&rsquo;entre elles ont leurs racines dans la Silicon Valley. Conclusion\u00a0principale: les marques disruptives obtiennent des scores moyens \u00e9lev\u00e9s mais leurs r\u00e9sultats\u00a0varient fortement entre elles. En fait, une marque disruptive ne se traduit pas\u00a0n\u00e9cessairement par une marque d&#8217;employeur plus attractive.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le secteur bancaire reste en panne<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nComme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, l&rsquo;industrie pharmaceutique est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le secteur\u00a0le plus attractif. Il faut remarquer que le secteur bancaire reste bloqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la huiti\u00e8me place.\u00a0Et il ne semble pas qu\u2019il puisse retrouver \u00e0 court terme son ancienne position \u00e9minente (top 3).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 gagne de l&rsquo;importance<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nUne partie importante de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;attache aux crit\u00e8res que les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi\u00a0utilisent pour s\u00e9lectionner un employeur. Cette ann\u00e9e encore, une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comp\u00e9titive\u00a0demeure le premier crit\u00e8re, m\u00eame si son avance sur l&rsquo;ambiance de travail agr\u00e9able et sur la\u00a0s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi est faible. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs la premi\u00e8re fois que l&rsquo;ambiance de travail se hisse\u00a0\u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place. Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que la situation g\u00e9ographique de l&rsquo;entreprise<br \/>\nsuscite de plus en plus d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat.
