En quelques ann\u00e9es \u00e0 peine, le chemin parcouru par le secteur en mati\u00e8re de professionnalisation de sa GRH est impressionnant, \u00e0 tout le moins dans certaines de ses composantes. C’est m\u00eame dans le non-marchand qu’\u00e9mergent, aujourd’hui, les exp\u00e9rimentations les plus novatrices, notamment par le biais de projets centr\u00e9s sur le d\u00e9veloppement de la qualit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de GRH ou la mise en place d’indicateurs RH adapt\u00e9s aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de ses m\u00e9tiers.
