Principale conclusion: d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien engag\u00e9 sur la voie de la professionnalisation de ses pratiques RH, le non-marchand a de s\u00e9rieux atouts \u00e0 faire valoir en mati\u00e8re de gestion de l\u2019humain, mais il ne les met encore souvent que trop peu en \u00e9vidence.
