Les talents, jeunes et moins jeunes, sont naturellement de plus en plus exigeants. Profit ou non profit, peu importe ! Ils veulent une organisation qui propose des d\u00e9fis, de la qualit\u00e9 de vie, un job qui fasse du sens et des conditions de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qui r\u00e9compensent \u00ab\u00a0justement\u00a0\u00bb leur implication.
