Selon une \u00e9tude mondiale r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Steelcase, sp\u00e9cialiste de l&rsquo;environnement de travail, les entreprises belges se caract\u00e9risent par un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019environnements bureautiques ouverts, par un haut degr\u00e9 de mobilit\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs, mais aussi par un manque \u00e9tonnant d\u2019implication. Que manque-t-il \u00e0 nos entreprises pour que le trajet en cours vers le NWOW soit idyllique?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude indique que les bureaux belges sont souvent am\u00e9nag\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ouverte: <em>\u00ab\u00a0nous occupons ainsi la troisi\u00e8me place dans le monde avec 32% de bureaux enti\u00e8rement ouverts et 37% combinant une structure ouverte \u00e0 des espaces individuels. Cela va probablement de pair avec la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence manifeste des employ\u00e9s belges pour une structure organisationnelle non-hi\u00e9rarchique horizontale. Nous poss\u00e9dons \u00e9galement deux fois plus de travailleurs nomades que la moyenne globale &#8211; 16% contre 8% &#8211; et occupons ainsi le troisi\u00e8me rang dans l\u2019\u00e9tude. \u201cThe New Way of Work\u201d, et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, est stimul\u00e9 en Belgique, m\u00eame s\u2019il accuse du retard: un tiers des employ\u00e9s environ (32%) travaille parfois \u00e0 la maison (la moyenne mondiale \u00e9tant de 36%).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Aller au bout du concept<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nToutefois, elle rel\u00e8ve que les projets de transformation des organisations tendent \u00e0 oublier des besoins essentiels exprim\u00e9s par les travailleurs. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans nos bureaux belges, il y a encore trop peu d\u2019endroits o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s peuvent s\u2019isoler, se concentrer et se d\u00e9tendre. C\u2019est l\u00e0 un point important. Nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s estiment ne pas avoir suffisamment acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des espaces priv\u00e9s (il n\u2019y en a m\u00eame pas, selon 55% d\u2019entre eux) et \u00e0 des lieux de relaxation (il n\u2019en existe pas, selon 72% d\u2019entre eux). Seuls 54% des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019il y a assez d\u2019espaces pour se concentrer (contre 66% au niveau mondial), alors que 52% r\u00e9pondent ne pas disposer de suffisamment d\u2019endroits pour se sentir calmes et sereins (59% globalement).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Et de pr\u00e9ciser encore : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre score est en outre le pire au monde au niveau de la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9placer physiquement durant la journ\u00e9e et de changer de comportement: seuls 67% des travailleurs de la connaissance trouve que cette possibilit\u00e9 existe, contre 75% dans le reste du monde. Il n\u2019y a pas non plus assez d\u2019espaces pr\u00e9vus pour bouger et faire du sport (seuls 16% des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9clare disposer d\u2019espaces de sport au travail).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le top de la technologie<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nSur le plan de la technologie mobile, notre pays se distingue de nouveau. Nos travailleurs ont r\u00e9solument abandonn\u00e9 le desktop classique (ordinateur fixe) pour privil\u00e9gier les technologies portables. <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est ainsi que ce sont nos employ\u00e9s qui disposent le moins d\u2019ordinateurs desktop fixes au monde &#8211; 64% contre 80% &#8211; et qu\u2019ils ont un tiers de fois plus souvent acc\u00e8s aux ordinateurs portables: 47% en Belgique contre 39% \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Les travailleurs de la connaissance ont moiti\u00e9 moins de chances de disposer d\u2019un GSM (41%) que d\u2019une ligne fixe (84%), mais cela ne diff\u00e8re gu\u00e8re dans le reste du monde (respectivement 39% et 86%). 33% des employ\u00e9s a l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019emmener des appareils personnels au travail (principe BYOD).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des cons\u00e9quences sur l&rsquo;engagement<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLien de cause \u00e0 effet peut-\u00eatre : l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;espaces de r\u00e9flexion et de d\u00e9tente semble impacter l&rsquo;engagement de nos travailleurs (ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une hypoth\u00e8se).\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0A l\u2019exception de la France, la Belgique poss\u00e8de le plus faible nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9s. Seuls 6% se consid\u00e8rent comme fortement impliqu\u00e9s chez leur employeur et se disent tr\u00e8s satisfaits de leur lieu de travail (contre 13% en moyenne). 37% ne sont pas contents de leur lieu de travail et ne sont en outre pas enthousiastes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la direction: seuls 50% des Belges trouvent que leur organisation tire ce qu\u2019il y a de meilleur en eux (contre 63% globalement), et seuls 41% pensent que la direction leur montre de la reconnaissance et les estime \u00e0 leur juste valeur (contre 56% globalement). Un point int\u00e9ressant, c\u2019est que les Belges se sentent motiv\u00e9s par leur travail (69% contre 68% dans le monde) et optimistes quant \u00e0 leur avenir dans l\u2019entreprise (62% contre 60% dans le monde), m\u00eame s\u2019il y en a moins qui appr\u00e9cient la culture, la strat\u00e9gie et l\u2019orientation de cette derni\u00e8re. 72% d\u2019entre eux par exemple se sentent li\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues (76% globalement) et 70% aiment se rendre au travail (71% au niveau mondial).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En guise de commentaire de ces r\u00e9sultats, les analystes pointent une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie dans les projets de transformation qui malheureusement g\u00e9n\u00e8re des perturbations et du stress.<\/p>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 12.480 travailleurs de la connaissance dans 17 pays.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serions-nous en train de &lsquo;rater&rsquo; le passage vers le nouveau monde du travail sur le plan culturel ?
