









{"id":2919,"date":"2016-05-17T18:17:03","date_gmt":"2016-05-17T16:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=2919"},"modified":"2016-05-18T08:28:21","modified_gmt":"2016-05-18T06:28:21","slug":"la-rtbf-recrute-un-hr-business-partner-pour-la-direction-infosports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/la-rtbf-recrute-un-hr-business-partner-pour-la-direction-infosports\/","title":{"rendered":"La RTBF recrute un HR Business Partner pour la direction Info\/Sports."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sur base de la strat\u00e9gie de la Direction de l\u2019Info\/Sports, vous contribuez aux divers projets d\u2019\u00e9volutions et en coordonnez la mise en \u0153uvre RH.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>MISSION<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nSous la responsabilit\u00e9 hi\u00e9rarchique du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Ressources Humaines et fonctionnelle du Directeur de l\u2019Info\/Sports, vous avez pour mission :<br \/>\n\u2022 de conseiller le Directeur de l\u2019Info\/Sports et son management dans toutes les mati\u00e8res relatives \u00e0 la gestion des ressources humaines et \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation sociale ;<br \/>\n\u2022 d\u2019accompagner les collaborateurs, en tant qu\u2019interlocuteur de 1\u00e8re ligne, pour toutes les questions RH au sein de la Direction de l\u2019Info\/Sports dont vous \u00eates responsable.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>ENVIRONNEMENT<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous travaillez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le management de la Direction Info\/Sports (DIS) et les autres membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Ressources Humaines (DGRH) : centres de comp\u00e9tences, services administratifs RH et les autres Responsables RH.<br \/>\nVous \u00eates amen\u00e9 \u00e0 vous d\u00e9placer sur l\u2019ensemble des sites de la RTBF pour la population dont vous \u00eates responsable.<br \/>\nVous \u00eates responsable d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de 2 personnes en charge du planning et du support administratif de la Direction Info\/Sports.<br \/>\nVous faites partie du Comit\u00e9 de la DIS et de la DGRH.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>ROLES ET RESPONSABILITES<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nVous assurez l\u2019interface entre la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Ressources Humaines et la Direction Info\/Sports et traduisez la politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale RH en actions RH sp\u00e9cifiques au sein de la Direction Info\/Sport ;<br \/>\nVous soutenez l\u2019ensemble des processus RH de l\u2019Entreprise \u00e0 travers la communication et l\u2019accompagnement des acteurs concern\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de :<br \/>\n\u2022 Recrutement et mobilit\u00e9 interne ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Gestion de la performance ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Identification des besoins de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement individuels &amp; collectifs ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Employabilit\u00e9, motivation et bien-\u00eatre ;<br \/>\nVous pilotez la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle RH au sein de la Direction Info\/Sports :<br \/>\n\u2022 Suivi de l\u2019effectif et gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Suivi de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des contrats ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Respect de la l\u00e9gislation sociale, du r\u00e8glement de travail et du r\u00e8glement des prestations ;<br \/>\nVous coordonnez et participez activement aux recrutements dans la DIS ;<br \/>\nVous apportez un soutien op\u00e9rationnel au management et aux collaborateurs dans l\u2019application de la l\u00e9gislation sociale ainsi que les mati\u00e8res r\u00e9glementaires, administratives et proc\u00e9dures RH ;<br \/>\nVous mettez en place un syst\u00e8me de suivi r\u00e9gulier des dossiers RH en cours au sein de la DIS;<br \/>\nVous travaillez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les Responsables RH de la TV et la Radio pour la gestion des dossiers RH en lien avec ces Directions ;<br \/>\nVous participez \u00e0 des projets de transformation et accompagnez les \u00e9quipes face au changement ;<br \/>\nVous accompagnez le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et de la coh\u00e9sion manag\u00e9riale ;<br \/>\nVous participez aux relations sociales en fournissant dossiers et analyses ad hoc que vous serez amen\u00e9(e) \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter dans les instances pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet ;<br \/>\nVous participez \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de projets RH corporate (classification de fonction, bien-\u00eatre, etc) et de fa\u00e7on globale, \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation des processus RH ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la recherche de simplification administrative ;<br \/>\nVous soutenez les personnels concern\u00e9s dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender et participer au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles formes de diffusion de l\u2019information dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir ;<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez un r\u00f4le actif dans le suivi des budgets et effectifs :<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous \u00eates responsable, en collaboration \u00e9troite avec le Contr\u00f4le de Gestion, du suivi de la masse salariale de la Direction et des processus d\u00e9cisionnels RH ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous coordonnez, avec les Responsables RH de la TV et la Radio, la gestion des budgets de personnel de l\u2019Info\/Sports ;<br \/>\nVous participez \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence de R\u00e9daction et aux r\u00e9unions de coordination Info\/sports \u2013 TV.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>PROFIL<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nVous maitrisez la l\u00e9gislation sociale belge et avez une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage rapide des structures et proc\u00e9dures propres \u00e0 l\u2019Entreprise ;<br \/>\nVous poss\u00e9dez de r\u00e9elles aptitudes \u00e0 la conduite d\u2019\u00e9quipe et du changement ;<br \/>\nVous faites preuve de bonnes capacit\u00e9s d\u2019analyse et de synth\u00e8se et \u00eates orient\u00e9(e) &lsquo;solutions&rsquo; ;<br \/>\nVous \u00eates orient\u00e9 client et avez le sens des relations humaines et de la communication ;<br \/>\nAutonome, vous faites preuve de proactivit\u00e9, de respect des deadlines et de flexibilit\u00e9 ;<br \/>\nVous \u00eates reconnu pour votre sens de l\u2019\u00e9coute et votre disponibilit\u00e9 ainsi que votre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019influence ;<br \/>\nVous avez le sens de l\u2019organisation et faites preuve de rigueur ;<br \/>\nVous avez d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences de \u00ab people management \u00bb et pouvez partager votre expertise dans ce domaine ;<br \/>\nVous maitrisez les principaux logiciels de bureautique et de gestion des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>CONDITIONS D\u2019ACCES<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nEtre titulaire d\u2019un Master ;<br \/>\nDisposer d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience RH d\u2019au moins 10 ans dont min. 5 dans une fonction de HR Business partner ;<br \/>\nDisposer d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience en recrutement est un atout ;<br \/>\nAvoir un fort int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les m\u00e9tiers et le domaine de l\u2019information et des sports.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>PROCEDURE ET INFORMATIONS COMPLEMENTAIRES<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe poste \u00e0 pourvoir est un Mandat &#8211;
