Il fallait absolument prot\u00e9ger nos super-talents, susceptibles de passer \u00e0 la concurrence o\u00f9 leur contribution aux r\u00e9sultats serait mieux \u2018reconnue\u2019 et valoris\u00e9e. Le retour au collectif peut, d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \u2018mouvement de r\u00e9action\u2019 face \u00e0 cet exc\u00e8s d\u2019individualisme.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, nous avons certainement donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 des profils qui se soucient assez peu du bien-\u00eatre collectif.
