Le Gouvernement bruxellois a reconduit Gr\u00e9gor Chapelle au poste de Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Actiris en lui confiant un second mandat de 5 ans. Gr\u00e9gor Chapelle devient ainsi le premier Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019un organisme public bruxellois \u00e0 voir son mandat renouvel\u00e9. Depuis 2009, le Gouvernement bruxellois nomme les dirigeants de services publics par mandats de 5 ans, avec \u00e9valuation \u00e0 mi-mandat et en fin de mandat. Un renouvellement est conditionn\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation favorable.<\/h1>\n

Gr\u00e9gor Chapelle a 42 ans, habite Forest et est au service d\u2019Actiris depuis le 1er juin 2011. Son mandat a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par une volont\u00e9 de transformer Actiris en \u2018fournisseur de solutions pour l\u2019emploi bruxellois\u2019. Pr\u00f4nant la \u2018pyramide invers\u00e9e\u2019, il met l\u2019accent sur la participation des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision et une \u00e9coute permanente du terrain, des clients et des usagers (Voir \u00e0 ce sujet notre interview de couverture paru dans l’\u00e9dition n\u00b0195 de Peoplesphere :\u00a0http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/psfr195\/<\/a> )<\/p>\n

Durant son premier mandat, Actiris a\u00a0n\u00e9goci\u00e9 un nouveau contrat de gestion et r\u00e9form\u00e9 les services aux employeurs avec la cr\u00e9ation de Select Actiris. On a ainsi assist\u00e9 \u00e0 un quadruplement du nombre d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi confi\u00e9es par les employeurs \u00e0 Actiris en pr\u00e9selection et pr\u00e9recrutement gratuit. L’organisme\u00a0a \u00e9galement mis en place la Garantie Jeunes. En cons\u00e9quence, le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes baisse depuis 36 mois d\u2019affil\u00e9e et a atteint son niveau le plus bas depuis 25 ans. Enfin,\u00a0Actiris a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 l\u2019organisation de la reprise des comp\u00e9tences emploi pr\u00e9vue par la sixi\u00e8me r\u00e9forme de l\u2019Etat. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle le budget d\u2019Actiris, d\u00e9sormais de 670 millions d\u2019euros, a doubl\u00e9 en 2016 par rapport \u00e0 2014.<\/p>\n

S’exprimant \u00e0 propos du renouvellement de son mandat, Gr\u00e9gor Chapelle pr\u00e9cise : \u00ab\u00a0Pouvoir continuer \u00e0 servir les 1300 fournisseurs de solutions que compte Actiris est un honneur. Les r\u00e9sultats sont l\u00e0 et je remercie l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Mais le travail pour r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s socio-\u00e9conomiques et les discriminations est encore gigantesque.
