Et comment attirer l\u2019attention des jeunes sur l\u2019importance des soft skills? Le projet App-titude veut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions et proposer des solutions au probl\u00e8me structurel du ch\u00f4mage des jeunes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Universit\u00e9 flamande KU Leuven a men\u00e9, \u00e0 la demande de 4 fonds de formation europ\u00e9ens pour le secteur int\u00e9rimaire, une \u00e9tude sur la perception des soft skills chez les employeurs et les jeunes. 500 employeurs et 1200 jeunes y ont particip\u00e9. Il ressort des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude que les employeurs et les jeunes ont des opinions tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de la ma\u00eetrise et de l\u2019importance des soft skills.<\/p>\n<p>Ces soft skills sont cruciales pour obtenir ou pr\u00e9server un emploi. Le Fonds de Formation pour les Int\u00e9rimaires (www.vfu-ffi.be) a uni ses forces avec la Stichting Opleiding en Ontwikkeling Flexbranche (STOOF) des Pays-Bas, la FSI du Luxembourg et la FAF.TT de France et a mis sur pied un projet international avec des moyens europ\u00e9ens (Erasmus+). Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 baptis\u00e9 App-titude et a pour objectif de combattre le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>La KU Leuven a envisag\u00e9 30 soft skills dans son \u00e9tude et s\u2019est d\u2019abord int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que les deux groupes de l\u2019\u00e9tude, les employeurs et les jeunes, y portaient. Les soft skills \u00e0 propos desquels les employeurs et les jeunes divergent le plus d\u2019opinion sont:<br \/>\n1. la communication \u00e9crite<br \/>\n2. l\u2019autocritique<br \/>\n3. la connaissance de ses propres forces et faiblesses<br \/>\n4. la gestion de conflits<br \/>\n5. savoir quand il faut parler ou se taire<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, 44% des employeurs pr\u00e9tendent que les jeunes ne connaissent pas suffisamment leurs propres forces et faiblesses, tandis que seuls 5% des jeunes sont d\u2019accord avec cette affirmation. Si l\u2019on regarde le jugement des aptitudes de communication, la gestion de conflits et l\u2019adoption de la bonne attitude, les diff\u00e9rences de pourcentages sont similaires.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, la KU Leuven a constat\u00e9 que les employeurs estiment souvent la pr\u00e9sence de soft skills chez les jeunes plus faible que les jeunes eux-m\u00eames. Cela peut conduire \u00e0 ce que l\u2019employeur d\u00e9cide de ne pas embaucher un jeune. Cela peut \u00e9galement engendrer des conflits sur le lieu de travail et conduit m\u00eame, dans le pire des cas, \u00e0 une perte d\u2019emploi. Le top 5 des soft skills\/comp\u00e9tences humaines qui entravent l\u2019embauche des jeunes est le suivant :<br \/>\n1. arriver \u00e0 l\u2019heure<br \/>\n2. se pr\u00e9senter de mani\u00e8re professionnelle<br \/>\n3. la communication orale<br \/>\n4. la flexibilit\u00e9<br \/>\n5. avoir la bonne attitude<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, 46% des jeunes n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9s par un employeur parce qu\u2019ils n\u2019avaient pas la bonne attitude. 30% des jeunes qui ont postul\u00e9 pour un emploi ne l\u2019ont pas obtenu parce qu\u2019ils avaient du mal \u00e0 arriver \u00e0 l\u2019heure.<br \/>\nL\u2019aboutissement de l\u2019\u00e9tude de la KU Leuven ne constitue toutefois qu\u2019un point de d\u00e9part. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le projet App-titude entend surtout conscientiser les jeunes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0dit Vincent Vandenameele, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Fonds de Formation pour les Int\u00e9rimaires.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Les 10 soft skills o\u00f9 la diff\u00e9rence entre l\u2019avis des jeunes et des employeurs est la plus grande constituent donc la base pour d\u00e9velopper une application digitale pour les jeunes qui sera lanc\u00e9e en mars 2017. Celle-ci doit conscientiser les jeunes du fait que ces 10 soft skills sont essentiels pour trouver un emploi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Vincent Vandenameele.<\/p>\n<p>Note : le FFI est une organisation paritaire du secteur int\u00e9rimaire qui a pour objectif de stimuler les efforts de formation individuels et collectifs au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des int\u00e9rimaires et entend aider ceux-ci \u00e0 renforcer leurs comp\u00e9tences par le biais de formations sp\u00e9cifiques.
