Ils reconnaissent que\u00a0l\u2019augmentation de salaire en lien avec les performances individuelles constitue un moyen efficace de r\u00e9tention. Toutefois, ce sont d&rsquo;autres facteurs \u00e9conomiques qui pr\u00e9dominent dans leur gestion du budget salarial.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En effet, pour d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il y a lieu d\u2019augmenter le budget salarial, les CFO et directeurs financiers belges se basent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur les performances de l\u2019entreprise (48 %), le climat \u00e9conomique (31 %) et le climat politique (28 %). Les raisons principales des CFO et directeurs financiers belges pour ne pas accorder d\u2019augmentation salariale sont la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9cier d\u2019abord les performances (36 %) et le manque de moyens financiers (31 %).<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante men\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de\u00a0Robert Half aupr\u00e8s de 200 CFO et directeurs financiers belges.\u00a0Pour beaucoup d\u2019entreprises, l\u2019octroi d\u2019augmentations salariales sur base des performances individuelles se fait en prenant \u00e9galement en consid\u00e9ration les performances de l\u2019entreprise et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de retenir les collaborateurs les plus pr\u00e9cieux en pr\u00e9vision de l\u2019avenir. La direction du cabinet de recrutement commente\u00a0ces conclusions : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans le contexte d\u2019une offre de talents toujours plus r\u00e9duite, les entreprises savent qu\u2019une augmentation de salaire sur base des performances individuelles peut faire la diff\u00e9rence pour conserver leurs meilleurs talents. En effet, les collaborateurs performants constituent la voie incontournable vers la poursuite de la croissance. Mais m\u00eame si les talents appropri\u00e9s permettent de se pr\u00e9parer pour l\u2019avenir, la croissance reste timide et tant les performances de l\u2019entreprise que les facteurs \u00e9conomiques contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 peser sur la d\u00e9cision d\u2019accorder ou non des augmentations de salaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le d\u00e9fi de la r\u00e9tention<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pas moins de 38 % des CFO et directeurs financiers belges ont perdu un collaborateur talentueux ayant choisi de rejoindre les rangs d\u2019une autre entreprise lui offrant un emploi mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle 28 % d\u2019entre eux ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019accorder des augmentations salariales \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs rest\u00e9s fid\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<p>Le meilleur moment pour demander une augmentation de salaire est, pour 34 % des r\u00e9pondants, l\u2019entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Le lancement d\u2019un projet important ou l\u2019octroi de nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des opportunit\u00e9s de choix pour n\u00e9gocier une r\u00e9vision de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (30 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pas d\u2019augmentation de salaire ? Des alternatives existent<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cas o\u00f9 le moment ne serait pas id\u00e9al pour aborder la question de l\u2019augmentation de salaire, les CFO et directeurs financiers peuvent \u00e9galement proposer de promouvoir les r\u00e9sultats de leurs collaborateurs sans augmentation contractuelle de salaire. C\u2019est l\u2019option qu\u2019ils disent privil\u00e9gier lorsque les performances d\u2019un employ\u00e9 n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es (36 %).<br \/>\nLorsqu\u2019il est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas accorder d\u2019augmentation de salaire, les CFO s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s formulent d\u2019autres demandes \u2013 avantages divers, possibilit\u00e9s de formation ou acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un autre poste mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 (36 %). 28 % pr\u00e9voient que la question sera \u00e0 nouveau abord\u00e9e au cours d\u2019un prochain entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Notons que pour un CFO sur cinq, cela signifie que les collaborateurs concern\u00e9s se mettront en qu\u00eate d\u2019un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note : cette enqu\u00eate est une initiative de Robert Half et a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e entre d\u00e9cembre 2015 et janvier 2016, sous anonymat, par un\u00a0bureau ind\u00e9pendant d\u2019\u00e9tudes, aupr\u00e8s de 200 CFO et directeurs financiers dans toute la Belgique.
