Toutefois, ils sont majoritairement optimistes. Il ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude\u00a0d\u2019Unique, prestataire de services RH, que pr\u00e8s de six jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sur dix sont convaincus de\u00a0trouver un emploi dans les trois mois. Au moins 27 % d\u2019entre eux comptent cr\u00e9er leur propre\u00a0entreprise \u00e0 court terme.<!--more--><br \/>\nAvec cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par iVOX en avril 2016, Unique souhaitait conna\u00eetre les attentes des jeunes\u00a0dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s quant au travail et \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi. Plus de 400 \u00e9tudiants belges de derni\u00e8re\u00a0ann\u00e9e dans des facult\u00e9s, des hautes \u00e9coles et des universit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Generation now\u00a0\u00bb : trouver un emploi en un claquement de doigts<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La recherche d\u2019un premier emploi d\u00e9bute avant m\u00eame que les jeunes n\u2019aient leur dipl\u00f4me en poche.<br \/>\n14 % des sond\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent ainsi avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 un emploi pendant les vacances de P\u00e2ques, et pr\u00e8s\u00a0de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux avaient commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 postuler \u00e0 cette date. Ils ne comptent d\u2019ailleurs pas se\u00a0reposer sur leurs lauriers : pr\u00e8s de six jeunes sur dix croient qu\u2019ils vont trouver du travail dans les\u00a0trois mois. Un sur dix seulement est plus pessimiste et pense que \u00e7a lui prendra six mois.\u00a0Le s\u00e9same tant attendu se fait d\u00e9sirer ? Alors ils cr\u00e9ent eux-m\u00eames leur job : 27 % comptent ainsi\u00a0fonder leur propre entreprise \u00e0 court terme. Les start-ups sont d\u2019ailleurs des employeurs de choix :\u00a0pr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant sur quatre aimerait y travailler. 71 % des sond\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent postuler<br \/>\nspontan\u00e9ment aupr\u00e8s des entreprises qui les int\u00e9ressent.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Reality check<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 leur bonne volont\u00e9, les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ne se sentent pas bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s au monde\u00a0du travail. Plus d\u2019un sond\u00e9 sur trois d\u00e9clare ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9cole n\u2019attache pas suffisamment\u00a0d\u2019importance aux comp\u00e9tences utiles sur le lieu de travail, tandis que la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux craignent\u00a0de ne pas \u00eatre suffisamment accompagn\u00e9s par leur entreprise les premiers mois. Pr\u00e8s de quatre\u00a0\u00e9tudiants sur dix se sentent en outre mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 un entretien d\u2019embauche et n\u2019ont pas la\u00a0moindre id\u00e9e du premier salaire qu\u2019ils peuvent demander.<\/p>\n<p>Les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont des id\u00e9es tranch\u00e9es sur l\u2019impact du travail sur leur vie personnelle. Bien que\u00a038 % d\u2019entre eux aimeraient s\u2019expatrier, 57 % pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient travailler aussi pr\u00e8s que possible de chez\u00a0eux. La flexibilit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement fort importante : pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 voudrait pouvoir choisir l\u2019endroit\u00a0et le moment o\u00f9 ils travaillent. 75 % veulent atteindre un bon \u00e9quilibre entre le travail et la vie\u00a0priv\u00e9e, mais un sond\u00e9 sur cinq seulement n\u2019est pas d\u2019accord de faire des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons chaque jour le foss\u00e9 qui s\u00e9pare les attentes des entreprises et celles des jeunes\u00a0dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Notre \u00e9tude confirme que les jeunes ne manquent pas d\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise tout en\u00a0nuan\u00e7ant le tableau. Un grand nombre de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sont tr\u00e8s entreprenants mais ont besoin\u00a0d\u2019un bon accompagnement pour le montrer pendant leurs entretiens d\u2019embauche et le traduire en\u00a0projets concrets une fois qu\u2019ils travailleront\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Katty\u00a0Scheerlinck, General Manager de Unique Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 pourquoi Unique lance aujourd\u2019hui le projet Start to Work.
