Le Forem poursuit sa d\u00e9marche prospective entam\u00e9e en 2013 et publie une s\u00e9rie d\u2019analyses sur les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019avenir 4.0.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2016, Le Forem poursuit la d\u00e9marche prospective et s\u2019inscrit dans plusieurs axes du Plan Marshall 4.0 dont une finalit\u00e9 est de soutenir l\u2019innovation num\u00e9rique. Celle-ci s&rsquo;inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du travail entam\u00e9 en 2013\u00a0visant \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les \u00ab m\u00e9tiers d\u2019avenir \u00bb pour la Wallonie. Ces analyses visent \u00e0 influencer l\u2019offre de services interne mais aussi externe au Forem (accompagnement\/formation\/orientation), \u00e0 favoriser le partenariat et \u00e0 informer le public.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pourquoi le digital ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le concept d\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique se propage de secteur en secteur, jusqu\u2019aux activit\u00e9s manufacturi\u00e8res, agricoles, de la sant\u00e9 ou \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Ainsi, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9conomie dans son ensemble qui devient \u00ab\u00a0num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb. Ce tournant parfois qualifi\u00e9 de nouvelle r\u00e9volution industrielle (apr\u00e8s la vapeur, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et l\u2019informatisation) semble se distinguer des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00ab r\u00e9volutions \u00bb par la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019expansion a lieu dans les mani\u00e8res de produire et de consommer.<br \/>\nEntre l\u2019automatisation (t\u00e2ches humaines remplac\u00e9es par des processus digitaux) et la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation (r\u00e9seaux physiques remplac\u00e9s par Internet), les effets sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sont nombreux.<br \/>\nIl convient d\u00e8s lors non seulement de \u00ab\u00a0prendre le train du num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019anticiper, pour le service public de l\u2019emploi, quelles seront les opportunit\u00e9s de demain. Les analyses prospectives r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par le Forem tentent d\u2019\u00e9clairer sur l\u2019impact qualitatif qu\u2019auront les \u00e9volutions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie wallonne sur le contenu des m\u00e9tiers, les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et \u00e0 un horizon temporel de 3 \u00e0 5 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Entam\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, ce nouveau travail prospectif aboutira d\u2019ici le mois de juillet \u00e0 l\u2019analyse de 20 secteurs.
