Il offre une premi\u00e8re vision quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont les prestataires de services RH s&rsquo;adaptent \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des entreprises. Conclusion \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du premier trimestre 2016 : l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim management confirme sa mont\u00e9e en puissance, les recruteurs retrouvent le sourire. Par contre, les acteurs de l&rsquo;outplacement et de la formation d\u00e9gustent&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration rel\u00e8ve en effet: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re croissance \u00e9conomique au 1er trimestre (+0,2% sur une base trimestrielle), l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge a conserv\u00e9 l\u2019allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e des trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Depuis deux ans, la hausse du PIB oscille entre 1,3% et 1,5% en glissement annuel. Contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on observait les trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, les investissements et les d\u00e9penses des administrations publiques ont eu une influence positive sur la croissance \u00e9conomique. Les entreprises ont \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 leur contribution, avec une hausse de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans toutes les branches d\u2019activit\u00e9 et une hausse des investissements. La consommation des particuliers a aussi augment\u00e9, mais la contribution \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9e qu\u2019au cours des derniers trimestres.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Sur le march\u00e9 du travail, la baisse des chiffres du ch\u00f4mage se poursuit (-5,3%), en lien direct avec la hausse de l\u2019emploi (+1,0%). Le ch\u00f4mage temporaire a aussi continu\u00e9 \u00e0 refluer. La stabilisation de la confiance des chefs d\u2019entreprise au 2\u00e8me trimestre permet d\u2019esp\u00e9rer que l\u2019emploi pourra continuer \u00e0 progresser au cours du prochain trimestre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Plus loin, il pr\u00e9cise : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019augmentation de l\u2019emploi qui se manifeste surtout dans les secteurs marchands se traduit depuis plusieurs trimestres d\u00e9j\u00e0 par une hausse du nombre de missions de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection. Il n\u2019en a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 autrement au cours des trois premiers mois de cette ann\u00e9e (+10,0%). L\u2019augmentation de la demande sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9rim s\u2019est \u00e9galement poursuivie, mais \u00e0 un rythme moins soutenu que lors des trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents (+6,8%), ce qui est bien entendu li\u00e9 au fait que les chiffres de l\u2019an dernier \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bons.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> En ce qui concerne le placement de project professionals, le tableau est plus contrast\u00e9. Alors que la demande en Int\u00e9rim Managers reste forte (+11,3%), la croissance de l\u2019activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du projectsourcing est depuis quelques trimestres proche de z\u00e9ro. Au 1er trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019activit\u00e9 a m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement recul\u00e9 (-3,3%).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Les entreprises titres-services priv\u00e9es ont vu une nouvelle fois leur activit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augmenter (+2,4%), et ce dans les trois r\u00e9gions. En d\u00e9pit des d\u00e9fis et risques consid\u00e9rables \u00e0 g\u00e9rer sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel, il semble que la r\u00e9gionalisation soit assez bien \u2018dig\u00e9r\u00e9e\u2019.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Federgon souligne \u00e9galement que certaines activit\u00e9s souffrent de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution en cours: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Deux secteurs s\u2019en sont moins bien tir\u00e9s au 1er trimestre : il s\u2019agit de l\u2019outplacement (-34,6%) et de la formation (-6,1%). En ce qui concerne l\u2019outplacement, c\u2019est logique \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les r\u00e9sultats du 1er trimestre 2015 \u00e9taient largement fauss\u00e9s par le grand nombre d\u2019accompagnements dans le cadre du dossier Ford Genk. Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment encourageant \u00e0 noter, c\u2019est la hausse du nombre d\u2019accompagnements individuels dans le r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
