Nous ne comptons plus le nombre de projets de changement qui s\u2019av\u00e8rent au final \u00eatre des \u00e9checs. Ce n\u2019est ni un constat amer, ni fataliste. Simplement, nous \u00e9prouvons toujours des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 transformer l\u2019inertie voire la r\u00e9sistance des troupes en \u00e9nergie positive vis-\u00e0-vis du besoin de questionner les pratiques install\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 notre bonne connaissance des courbes de changement import\u00e9es de la recherche en psychologie, deux tiers des projets de transformation de nos organisations ne d\u00e9livrent pas les r\u00e9sultats attendus. Et nous savons toutes et tous que les raisons \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cet \u00e9cart malheureux sont pour l\u2019essentiel li\u00e9es au facteur humain. N\u00e9glig\u00e9, celui-ci se rebelle et refuse le changement.<\/p>\n<p>Nos collaborateurs sont-ils aussi peu clairvoyants voire stupides qu\u2019ils ne comprennent tout simplement pas le besoin de s\u2019adapter ? Nos visions d\u2019avenir sont-elles \u00e0 ce point d\u00e9connect\u00e9es de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0du terrain ? Notre communication manque-t-elle tellement d\u2019enthousiasme et de profondeur ? Nous ne le pensons pas.
