R\u00e9dig\u00e9 par une belle brochette de geeks \u2013 sous l\u2019intitul\u00e9 \u2018Manifesto for Agile Software Development\u2019 -, celui-ci distingue 4 valeurs fondamentales et douze principes manag\u00e9riaux plut\u00f4t int\u00e9ressants lorsque l\u2019ambition consiste \u00e0 trouver les crit\u00e8res qui d\u00e9terminent la vitesse du changement.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont ces valeurs? L\u2019interaction avec les personnes plut\u00f4t que les processus et les outils\u00a0; un produit op\u00e9rationnel plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une documentation pl\u00e9thorique\u00a0; la collaboration avec le client plut\u00f4t que la n\u00e9gociation de contrat et enfin, la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 face au changement plut\u00f4t que le suivi d\u2019un plan&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Lire plus ?
