Chez les moins de 18 ans, cette proportion atteint m\u00eame 30%. Attention danger !\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;indique l&rsquo;\u00e9tude annuelle men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1.000 \u00e9tudiants par le prestataire de services RH Randstad. Le prestataire de services RH veut attirer l&rsquo;attention des travailleurs sur les \u00e9volutions significatives du travail \u00e9tudiant : <em>\u00ab\u00a0le nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants qui exercent une activit\u00e9 r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e pendant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e scolaire a presque doubl\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate organis\u00e9e en 2004 (54% contre 30%). La plupart des \u00e9tudiants travaillent d\u00e9sormais tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. \u00c0 peine 10% des \u00e9tudiants sont occup\u00e9s uniquement pendant les vacances, et 3% pendant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e seulement. Les \u00e9tudiants travaillent donc plus aujourd&rsquo;hui, mais ce surcro\u00eet d&rsquo;occupation n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur engagement b\u00e9n\u00e9vole. Le nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants qui s&rsquo;engagent dans des actions de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat reste stable (autour de 30%).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9centes\u00a0modifications l\u00e9gislatives (juillet 2005 et janvier 2012) ont rendu le travail \u00e9tudiant plus int\u00e9ressant pour les \u00e9tudiants comme pour les employeurs et, de ce fait, ont \u00e9limin\u00e9 toute raison de recourir au travail en noir. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude souligne cependant : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 tout, un \u00e9tudiant sur cinq travaille encore sans contrat. Les risques que courent ces \u00e9tudiants et leurs employeurs ne se justifient pourtant pas en regard des avantages de cette formule.\u00a0Il est possible que la l\u00e9gislation sur le travail \u00e9tudiant soit modifi\u00e9e une nouvelle fois pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de flexibilit\u00e9 des entreprises. Et nos enqu\u00eates sur les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que trois quarts d&rsquo;entre eux sont en faveur du remplacement de la r\u00e8gle des cinquante jours pendant lesquels ils peuvent travailler par un nombre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 d&rsquo;heures \u00e0 utiliser de fa\u00e7on flexible. Randstad souligne que l&rsquo;introduction de cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation constituerait le moment id\u00e9al pour sensibiliser les \u00e9tudiants et leurs employeurs aux avantages du travail \u00e9tudiant et aux risques du travail au noir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Motivation argent.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude indique que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le salaire reste la motivation principale des \u00e9tudiants qui travaillent. Ils sont un peu moins int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par le contenu de leur job. Cela dit, 86% des \u00e9tudiants accepteraient de retravailler comme jobistes pour le m\u00eame employeur. Et 33% d&rsquo;entre eux souhaiteraient \u00eatre embauch\u00e9s par ce m\u00eame employeur apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu leur dipl\u00f4me.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nCe potentiel de recrutement important n&rsquo;est cependant pas suffisamment exploit\u00e9. Pourquoi ? <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces derniers mois, de nombreux m\u00e9dias se sont fait l&rsquo;\u00e9cho des cons\u00e9quences tr\u00e8s n\u00e9gatives des \u00e9volutions technologiques et de la robotisation. Selon les pessimistes, les innovations technologiques pourraient rendre inutiles de 50 \u00e0 80% des emplois existants. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate entendait v\u00e9rifier si ces informations tracassaient les \u00e9tudiants. Randstad leur a donc demand\u00e9 dans quelle mesure ils pensaient que ces \u00e9volutions pouvaient avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur entr\u00e9e dans le march\u00e9 du travail. 50% ne semblent pas en perdre le sommeil. Mais 31% estiment que les progr\u00e8s technologiques diminueront proportionnellement leurs chances de trouver un emploi. 20% n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;opinion.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>D&rsquo;autres constats int\u00e9ressants ?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9valuent tr\u00e8s positivement leurs chances dans le march\u00e9 du travail. \u00c0 peine 5% des r\u00e9pondants redoutent de devoir attendre plus d&rsquo;un an apr\u00e8s leurs \u00e9tudes avant de trouver un job.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Le top trois des secteurs qui emploient le plus d\u2019\u00e9tudiants reste stable au fil des ans. Le commerce et l\u2019horeca (avec les loisirs) sont ceux qui, de loin, comptent le plus sur les \u00e9tudiants. Commerce: 29%; horeca et loisirs: 25%; secteur public et non marchand: 13%.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 72% des \u00e9tudiants font des \u00e9conomies. En moyenne, ils \u00e9pargnent un quart de l\u2019argent qu\u2019ils ont gagn\u00e9.
