Bon \u00e0 savoir d&#8217;embl\u00e9e : pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (!) des entreprises belges est en pleine transformation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les principaux r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9gag\u00e9s du survey 2016 : <em>\u00ab\u00a041 % des dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprises belges affirment que leur business model va changer en profondeur les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ce r\u00e9sultat correspond aux chiffres europ\u00e9ens et est un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu&rsquo;aux \u00c9tats-Unis (39 %).<\/em>\u00a0<em>Plus de 70 % des entreprises belges sont engag\u00e9es enti\u00e8rement dans un processus de transformation important, viennent de subir une transformation ou pr\u00e9voient bient\u00f4t de grandes r\u00e9formes.<\/em>\u00a0<em>72 % des dirigeants belges assurent que de telles transformations valent la peine : elles apportent la plus-value esp\u00e9r\u00e9e ou m\u00eame plus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Constat \u00e9tabli \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la publication de notre dossier consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion du changement et aux crit\u00e8res qui permettent de choisir le bon tempo : les projets de changement sont de plus en plus courts. Le survey confirme : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour 50 % des entreprises, la dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;une telle transformation va d&rsquo;un an \u00e0 deux ans.\u00a0Dans un monde o\u00f9 tout \u00e9volue tr\u00e8s rapidement, il est primordial pour les entreprises de s&rsquo;adapter, voire de se r\u00e9inventer. Ces adaptations repr\u00e9sentent tr\u00e8s souvent le besoin pour les entreprises de devoir accomplir une transformation compl\u00e8te. Un bon nombre d&rsquo;entreprises belges (pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9) se trouvent actuellement dans ces phases d&rsquo;adaptation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La seule constante, c&rsquo;est le changement&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mondialisation, digitalisation, nouvelles r\u00e9glementations&#8230; Voil\u00e0 pourquoi les entreprises doivent s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 un environnement en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution. Les projets de transformation sont primordiaux pour rester comp\u00e9titif, tant sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur qu&rsquo;international. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de KPMG r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la plupart des entreprises belges sont au c\u0153ur d&rsquo;une transformation ou qu&rsquo;elles s&rsquo;y risqueront bient\u00f4t. \u00c0 peine 4 % d&rsquo;entre elles n&rsquo;ont aucune transformation pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les transformations d&rsquo;entreprise ne sont plus une initiative ponctuelle.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Les dirigeants ont compris que leurs entreprises doivent sans cesse \u00e9voluer pour s&rsquo;adapter au monde en pleine mutation. Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de transformation sont devenus une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne pour les entreprises qui veulent rester dans le coup. C&rsquo;est pourquoi autant d&rsquo;entreprises r\u00e9alisent actuellement une r\u00e9forme.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Principaux obstacles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les transformations d&rsquo;entreprise sont difficiles et usantes. Les dirigeants interrog\u00e9s ont rapport\u00e9 que le plus gros facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9chec r\u00e9side dans la sous-estimation des cons\u00e9quences qu&rsquo;entra\u00eene une transformation. D&rsquo;autres facteurs r\u00e9duisent \u00e9galement les chances de r\u00e9ussite des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de transformation des entreprises belges : un manque de compr\u00e9hension dans le change management, trop peu de moyens, un client centricity trop faible, des infrastructures technologiques insuffisantes et un calcul ROI trop approximatif.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises per\u00e7oivent encore souvent les transformations n\u00e9cessaires comme une menace. Toutefois, c&rsquo;est avant tout la non-participation au changement qui comporte les plus grands risques. De plus en plus d&rsquo;entreprises touchent le fond, car elles ne savent pas suivre les changements. Et le rythme des innovations et des changements ne semble pas sur le point de ralentir. De nombreux dirigeants rencontrent principalement des obstacles pour r\u00e9aliser les changements n\u00e9cessaires, alors que virer compl\u00e8tement de bord ne comporte pas uniquement des d\u00e9fis : cela cr\u00e9e \u00e9galement des opportunit\u00e9s consid\u00e9rables.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de KPMG d\u00e9montre \u00e9galement que la valeur ajout\u00e9e de ces transformations est tr\u00e8s importante. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Selon pas moins de 72 % des dirigeants belges, une telle transformation valait la peine et a apport\u00e9 la plus-value esp\u00e9r\u00e9e, ou plus encore. Autre constat int\u00e9ressant : la Global Transformation Study indique qu&rsquo;une transformation d&rsquo;entreprise en Belgique dure en moyenne d&rsquo;un \u00e0 deux ans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A propos de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>La \u00ab Global Transformation Study 2016 \u00bb de KPMG offre une analyse r\u00e9volutionnaire du point de vue des senior executives du monde entier dans le domaine de la transformation d&rsquo;entreprise. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;adressait \u00e0 plus de 1 600 personnes pr\u00e9sentes sur 16 march\u00e9s importants (Allemagne, Australie, Belgique, Br\u00e9sil, Canada, Chine, Espagne, \u00c9tats-Unis, France, Grande-Bretagne, Inde, Italie, Japon, Mexique, Pays-Bas et Suisse).
