D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude commandit\u00e9e par Richo Europe, 71 % des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise pensent pouvoir passer d&rsquo;un \u00e9tat de transformation num\u00e9rique \u00e0 la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique en moins de 5 ans, selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude de Coleman Parkes.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique \u2013 soit une entreprise qui utilise des outils de pointe pour stimuler ses performances et fait preuve d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat profond pour la technologie et les processus g\u00e9r\u00e9s par voie num\u00e9rique \u2013 est d\u00e9sormais une priorit\u00e9 pour 77 % des entreprises en Europe et au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions de cette \u00e9tude mettent en \u00e9vidence un optimisme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui contraste fortement avec les comportements vis-\u00e0-vis de la transformation num\u00e9rique d\u2019il y a seulement un an. Une \u00e9tude indiquait alors que 63 % des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise estimaient que leur organisation \u00e9tait <a href=\"http:\/\/thoughtleadership.ricoh-europe.com\/befr\/change-making-cio\/digital-dark-ages\/\" target=\"_blank\">loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00eate pour le passage au tout num\u00e9rique<\/a>[1]. Ce changement de perception pourrait provenir du rythme soutenu du changement stimul\u00e9 par la technologie, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la reconnaissance de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la technologie utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins commerciales.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si les co\u00fbts engendr\u00e9s sont le principal obstacle pour atteindre la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique pour 68 % des participants, les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont conscience des avantages financiers qu\u2019ils peuvent en tirer. 73 % d\u2019entre eux pensent qu&rsquo;atteindre la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique conduira directement \u00e0 une augmentation des revenus et 62 % soulignent qu\u2019elle aide \u00e0 attirer les investisseurs potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 le consensus sur les r\u00e9percussions positives de la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, notamment avec des processus m\u00e9tier plus rapides pour 80 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es, un avantage concurrentiel accru pour 70 % et une prise de d\u00e9cision plus rapide pour 69 %, cette \u00e9tude \u00e9met \u00e9galement une r\u00e9serve. Les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise semblent surestimer leur \u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 atteindre la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique. 50 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es identifient les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants comme obstacles \u00e0 la maturit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Le changement du fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise pour rester \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie<br \/>\n\u2022 L\u2019alignement de la technologie, des processus et des m\u00e9thodes de travail<br \/>\n\u2022 L\u2019incapacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;atteindre la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique sans l&rsquo;assistance d&rsquo;un partenaire externe.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Gryson, CEO de Ricoh Belgique et Luxembourg d\u00e9clare: <em>\u00ab La maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique est devenue en moins d\u2019un an une source d&rsquo;optimisme pour les entreprises. Avec le rythme soutenu des changements stimul\u00e9s par la technologie et des attentes associ\u00e9es plus importantes que jamais, la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique est appel\u00e9e \u00e0 devenir la &lsquo;nouvelle norme&rsquo;. \u00bb<\/em> Cependant, les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise doivent s&rsquo;attaquer aux obstacles pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;ils disposent de l&rsquo;infrastructure n\u00e9cessaire pour sa prise en charge et pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des nombreux avantages de la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Disposer d&rsquo;un cadre de travail fiable et de l&rsquo;assistance d&rsquo;un partenaire est essentiel. La <a href=\"http:\/\/thoughtleadership.ricoh-europe.com\/befr\/tech-evolved-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\">technologie \u00e9tant en \u00e9volution constante<\/a>, les entreprises devront rester d\u00e9termin\u00e9es afin d\u2019atteindre la maturit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et de pr\u00e9server ce statut. Pour cela, il sera primordial de r\u00e9viser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les processus, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les m\u00e9thodes de travail et d\u2019int\u00e9grer de nouvelles technologies.
