Agoria constate en effet que la moiti\u00e9 des postes vacants au sein de ses entreprises membres ne trouve pas preneur.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Techniciens, soudeurs, \u00e9lectriciens, sp\u00e9cialistes TIC, ing\u00e9nieurs\u2026 Ces profils manquent sur notre march\u00e9 du travail et ce manque est encore plus criant \u00e0 Bruxelles que dans le reste du pays.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Agoria, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l\u2019industrie technologique, montre qu\u2019apr\u00e8s un an, 48 % des postes vacants en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise ne sont actuellement pas pourvus de mani\u00e8re optimale. Tandis qu\u2019en Wallonie et en Flandre, un tiers des fonctions critiques sont toujours \u00e0 pourvoir apr\u00e8s un an. La raison du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre plus important entre l\u2019offre et la demande \u00e0 Bruxelles ? <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il s\u2019agit souvent de fonctions hautement technologiques, pour lesquelles on attend \u00e9galement des candidats qu\u2019ils soient bilingues, et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de plus en plus difficile de notre capitale rend parfois Bruxelles moins attrayante\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Floriane de Kerchove, d\u2019Agoria Bruxelles. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de mieux pr\u00e9parer les jeunes et les demandeurs d\u2019emploi \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers. Nos entreprises sont en tout cas pr\u00eates \u00e0 assumer davantage de responsabilit\u00e9 dans le parcours de formation et \u00e0 investir dans des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019apprentissage en alternance et de stages.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises technologiques de la R\u00e9gion bruxelloise, qui occupent actuellement 31.000 personnes, souhaitent et doivent recruter. En effet, le taux de renouvellement du personnel, c.-\u00e0-d. la somme des d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite et des besoins en personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire dus \u00e0 la croissance de l\u2019entreprise, atteint actuellement 13 %. Ce pourcentage est un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la moyenne nationale. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a donc des postes vacants en permanence. Seulement, il est difficile d\u2019y pourvoir. Cela prend beaucoup de temps, car les candidats sont peu nombreux et tous n\u2019ont pas la formation ad\u00e9quate. Le probl\u00e8me se pose \u00e9videmment pour les profils techniques, comme les techniciens de maintenance, mais encore davantage pour les ing\u00e9nieurs et les experts num\u00e9riques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un certain nombre de comp\u00e9tences, li\u00e9es aux nouvelles \u00e9volutions technologiques, mettent trop de temps \u00e0 \u00eatre enseign\u00e9es :<em> \u00ab\u00a0Citons par exemple les sp\u00e9cialistes en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique, ou encore les ing\u00e9nieurs et techniciens pour les logiciels embarqu\u00e9s. D\u2019autres comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es par les entrepreneurs sont un mode de pens\u00e9e innovant ou conceptuel, la connaissance de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact des d\u00e9cisions et, bien s\u00fbr, les connaissances linguistiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mais que faire, alors ? Pour l\u2019instant, une entreprise sur trois se dit pr\u00eate \u00e0 ouvrir ses portes aux stagiaires et \u00e0 investir dans leur formation. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises consid\u00e8rent encore trop peu les stages comme une porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Elles trouvent que le cadre actuel dans ce domaine manque de clart\u00e9 et d\u2019attractivit\u00e9. C\u2019est notamment au niveau de la dur\u00e9e r\u00e9duite des stages et de leur caract\u00e8re \u00ab\u00a0one shot\u00a0\u00bb que le b\u00e2t blesse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Agoria demande aux autorit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9voir et de promouvoir plus de possibilit\u00e9s de stage, tant pour les jeunes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole que pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi. Il faut \u00e9galement revoir l\u2019offre de formation \u00e0 la hausse : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le gouvernement bruxellois a fait des pas dans la bonne direction avec la cr\u00e9ation des p\u00f4les de formation pour des fonctions industrielles et IT. Il s\u2019agit maintenant d\u2019en assurer une promotion suffisante aupr\u00e8s des demandeurs d\u2019emploi et des \u00e9tablissements scolaires, et d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019offre le plus rapidement possible. Il faut aussi que l\u2019enseignement se mette plus vite au diapason des nouvelles \u00e9volutions technologiques sur le march\u00e9 du travail.
