L\u2019occasion d\u2019une entrevue exclusive avec Denis Cristol qui est en charge, via sa fonction au sein du CNFPT, des dispositifs de formation pour l\u2019ensemble de la fonction publique en France. Quel est son regard sur l\u2019impact du num\u00e9rique dans le domaine de l\u2019apprentissage?<\/p>\n

Le num\u00e9rique est-il en train de modifier fondamentalement les bases de la formation ?<\/strong>
\nDenis Cristol\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le num\u00e9rique, c\u2019est bien plus qu\u2019un outil donc la r\u00e9ponse est plut\u00f4t positive. Nous assistons \u00e0 la transformation d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de lecture. Nous apprenons d\u00e9sormais de fa\u00e7on dynamique, par bribes. La mani\u00e8re dont nous prenons en compte les informations est en pleine mutation.\u00a0Il me semble utile de rappeler que le num\u00e9rique repr\u00e9sente aussi une d\u00e9marche, une fa\u00e7on de penser. A l\u2019origine, les premiers hackers \u00e9taient (et restent aujourd\u2019hui encore) porteurs de germes anarchistes et libertaires. Il y a un r\u00e9el esprit de partage.\u00a0N\u2019oublions pas que tous les serveurs sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et administr\u00e9s via des logiciels libres\u2026 Les germes de libert\u00e9 sont toujours l\u00e0.\u00a0Et le num\u00e9rique rapproche aussi les individus entre eux…\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Denis CRISTOL est directeur de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et des dispositifs de formation du Centre National de la Fonction Territoriale (CNFPT) qui g\u00e8re, en France, la formation de 1,9 million d\u2019agents publics territoriaux qui sont r\u00e9partis sur 250 m\u00e9tiers. Chaque ann\u00e9e, le CNFPT assure le d\u00e9veloppement de 960.000 fonctionnaires avec le concours de 17.000 intervenants globalement, qui sont 60% d\u2019entre eux des territoriaux.\u00a0La mission principale du Centre ? Diversifier et r\u00e9inventer en permanence les dispositifs de formation et les modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques.\u00a0Denis Cristol est docteur en sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de formation.
