Avec le rachat du jobboard Monster par le groupe n\u00e9erlandais Randstad semble marquer une nouvelle \u00e9tape. Que pouvons-nous d\u00e9duire du rachat d&rsquo;un &lsquo;m\u00e9dia&rsquo; de recrutement par un des principaux acteurs du march\u00e9 ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle communiqu\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de cette semaine marque d\u00e9j\u00e0 les esprits quant \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investissement du groupe sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim : Randstad, g\u00e9ant du travail temporaire, acquiert le site d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emplois Monster pour 429 millions de dollars, soit 386,8 millions d&rsquo;euros. Le Figaro souligne d&rsquo;ailleurs que <em>\u00ab\u00a0la valse des fusions et des acquisitions dans le secteur de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim continue. Apr\u00e8s le rachat de l&rsquo;anglais Penna par Adecco en mai 2016, Randstad (19,2 milliards d&rsquo;euros de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en 2015) acquiert le site am\u00e9ricain Monster pour un montant de 429 millions de dollars, soit 386,8 millions d&rsquo;euros. Le groupe n\u00e9erlandais, num\u00e9ro deux du travail en int\u00e9rim dans le monde, va offrir 3,40 dollars pour chaque action de sa cible, soit une prime de 22,7% par rapport au cours de cl\u00f4ture de Monster lundi \u00e0 Wall Street. Les termes de l&rsquo;accord de fusion ont d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9s par les conseils d&rsquo;administration des deux entit\u00e9s. Le conseil d&rsquo;administration de Monster a recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 ses actionnaires d&rsquo;accepter l&rsquo;offre de Randstad.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette acquisition (qui devrait \u00eatre cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2016) atteste de la bonne sant\u00e9 des acteurs de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Elle indique par ailleurs la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente pour ces derniers de poursuivre leur diversification.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Randstad\u00a0s&rsquo;est lanc\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e dans des acquisitions de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Avec le rachat de Monster, le groupe n\u00e9erlandais r\u00e9alise ainsi sa quatri\u00e8me acquisition de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2016. Il y eut d&rsquo;abord le japonais Careo Group, puis l&rsquo;entreprise n\u00e9erlandaise a rachet\u00e9 Twago, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 berlinoise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le recrutement de d\u00e9veloppeurs de logiciel. Derni\u00e8re op\u00e9ration en date, l&rsquo;offre publique d&rsquo;achat sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil fran\u00e7aise Ausy, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de hautes technologies.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/em>Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du groupe n\u00e9erlandais t\u00e9moigne en effet : <em>\u00ab\u00a0avec sa plate-forme technologique \u00e0 la pointe de l&rsquo;industrie et ses solutions num\u00e9riques, sociales et mobiles faciles \u00e0 utiliser, Monster vient naturellement compl\u00e9ter notre offre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la technologie, le groupe d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim se porte acqu\u00e9reur de 150 millions de CV disponibles dans la base de donn\u00e9es de la plateforme de recrutement. Le Big Data aurait-il encore frapp\u00e9? L&rsquo;inversion du rapport de force entre candidats et employeurs contraint les interm\u00e9diaires et fournisseurs de solutions \u00e0 alimenter, massivement et en continu, leur r\u00e9servoir de talents.<\/p>\n<p>La concentration du march\u00e9 va modifier par ailleurs l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre du march\u00e9 de recrutement. Difficile d&rsquo;imaginer en effet que les autres acteurs majeurs de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim voire du recrutement poursuivent leurs investissements sur un r\u00e9seau appartenant \u00e0 un de leurs principaux concurrents. Ce n&rsquo;est pas tant l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance des m\u00e9dia qui pourrait \u00eatre en jeu ici. La volont\u00e9 des grandes marques RH d&rsquo;offrir un service aussi complet que possible est plut\u00f4t logique. Mais les d\u00e9partements RH trouveront-ils opportuns de mettre tous leurs oeufs dans le m\u00eame panier ?
