Comme l&rsquo;indique une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Steelcase, sp\u00e9cialiste du mobilier de bureau, <em>\u00ab la mobilit\u00e9 croissante, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019appareils mobiles, l\u2019explosion du volume d\u2019informations et la confusion grandissante entre vie priv\u00e9e et professionnelle dans une \u00e9conomie qui fonctionne 24h sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 entra\u00eenent un recul de la tranquillit\u00e9 et de la discr\u00e9tion au travail. La stimulation de l\u2019interaction et la popularit\u00e9 des espaces de bureaux ouverts jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude indique par ailleurs qu&rsquo;en Belgique, une grande part des travailleurs de la connaissance (36%) travaillent sur des appareils mobiles comme un ordinateur portable, une tablette ou un smartphone (la moyenne de tous les pays est de seulement 20%). <\/p>\n<p>Outre le fait que les Belges sont donc plus mobiles de cette mani\u00e8re, ils ont \u00e9galement davantage le choix de leur lieu de travail compar\u00e9 avec les autres pays. Les bureaux en Belgique se composent en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019un m\u00e9lange \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d\u2019espaces privatifs (32%), d\u2019un environnement ouvert (32%) et d\u2019une combinaison des deux (36%). La Belgique compte relativement beaucoup de travailleurs nomades qui peuvent choisir leur poste de travail eux-m\u00eames en fonction de leur humeur et des t\u00e2ches qu\u2019ils doivent effectuer (16% contre une moyenne de 8%). Mais pas moins de 66 pour cent des Belges travaillent toujours au bureau. Par ailleurs, les bureaux en Belgique disposent plus souvent d\u2019un restaurant ou d\u2019une cantine (75% pour la Belgique contre une moyenne de 62%). <\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de constater que le travailleur de bureau belge, malgr\u00e9 une multitude de possibilit\u00e9s de travail mobile et de choisir lui-m\u00eame son lieu de travail, fait une \u00e9valuation n\u00e9gative de son environnement de travail (37% des Belges interrog\u00e9s sont n\u00e9gatifs, contre une moyenne de 31% dans tous les pays). Les Belges sont \u00e9galement moins satisfaits que la moyenne \u00e0 propos du niveau de bruit au travail (55% pour la Belgique contre 63% en moyenne). Seulement 54% des employ\u00e9s de bureau en Belgique affirment pouvoir bien se concentrer, alors que la moyenne est de 65%.
