Un quart de l&rsquo;ensemble des 200 DRH interrog\u00e9s pr\u00e9voit de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux postes permanents au cours du deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2016. La confiance semble donc bel et bien de retour, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la reprise se confirme. Mais il faudra le plus souvent, en tout cas pour le moment, absorber l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire avec des effectifs constants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que plus d&rsquo;un quart (26 %) des responsables des ressources humaines belges envisage de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux postes pendant la seconde moiti\u00e9 de 2016, l&rsquo;accent de leurs plans de recrutement restera surtout sur le pourvoi des postes devenus vacants. C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande du leader du recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 Robert Half aupr\u00e8s de 200 responsables RH belges. Ils font \u00e9galement preuve d\u2019un optimisme persistant concernant les perspectives de croissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ainsi que de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Retour de la confiance.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La confiance entrepreneuriale reste de mise parmi les responsables RH belges. L\u2019enqu\u00eate fait en effet appara\u00eetre une forte confiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des perspectives de croissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge (63 %) et de celles de leur entreprise (72 %). Cette confiance est \u00e9galement perceptible dans les projets de recrutement des entreprises. Six responsables RH belges sur dix ont ainsi l\u2019intention de pourvoir les postes devenus vacants. C\u2019est 12 % de plus qu\u2019en 2015. Le nombre de responsables RH belges pr\u00e9voyant de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux postes (26 %) a par contre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier, mais n\u2019en reste pas moins significatif.<\/p>\n<p>Autre constat marquant, la proportion de responsables RH indiquant vouloir supprimer des postes au cours des six prochains mois (3 %) ou geler les recrutements (11 %) a consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2015. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, pas moins de 22 % responsables RH belges pensaient suspendre leurs projets de recrutement et 5 % envisageaient m\u00eame de supprimer des postes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des talents toujours aussi rares&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il ressort de l\u2019enqu\u00eate que 84 % des responsables RH s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent de voir leurs meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments quitter l\u2019entreprise au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir pour aller relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Par ailleurs, plus de neuf responsables RH belges sur dix (92 %) peinent \u00e0 trouver des professionnels qualifi\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019une augmentation de pas moins de 13 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les responsables RH, cette situation est due \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie des comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es. Les responsables RH interrog\u00e9s \u00e9prouvent surtout des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver des experts techniques de niche (42 %) ainsi que des professionnels poss\u00e9dant d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences commerciales ou de gestion (20 %). Pour 19 % des responsables RH, le principal probl\u00e8me est li\u00e9 au fait que la demande est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019offre. Ils sont 4 % de plus \u00e0 partager cet avis que l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/em><br \/>\nCette enqu\u00eate est une initiative de Robert Half et a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e entre avril et mai 2016, sous anonymat, par Market Probe, bureau ind\u00e9pendant d\u2019\u00e9tudes, aupr\u00e8s de 200 responsables RH dans toute la Belgique.
