Une confirmation de plus, si besoin \u00e9tait, de la course folle au ROI imm\u00e9diat?<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en juin 2014 par un acteur du recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le secteur financier d\u00e9montre que la formule de l\u2019interim management <em>\u00ab prend de l\u2019importance sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Les entreprises sont de plus en plus nombreuses \u00e0 en reconna\u00eetre les avantages. \u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nL\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 200 directeurs financiers belges r\u00e9v\u00e8le, en effet, qu\u2019un grand nombre de d\u00e9partements financiers feront de nouveau appel \u00e0 des int\u00e9rim managers au cours des douze prochains mois. Apr\u00e8s avoir diminu\u00e9 l\u2019an dernier, le nombre d\u2019int\u00e9rim managers a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse de 5,6% lors du premier semestre 2014. Tel est ce qui ressort des chiffres de Federgon, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des prestataires de services en ressources humaines. Les perspectives d\u2019avenir s\u2019annoncent elles aussi favorables puisque les directeurs financiers belges seront de nouveau \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019int\u00e9rim managers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s au cours des prochains mois.<\/p>\n<h2>Quel est le profil de l\u2019int\u00e9rim manager?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate indique que : \u00ab les int\u00e9rim managers sont des professionnels disposant d\u2019une expertise av\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un domaine sp\u00e9cifique. Ils pr\u00eatent leurs services aux entreprises durant une p\u00e9riode limit\u00e9e et r\u00e9alisent un ensemble de t\u00e2ches bien d\u00e9fini.  Il existe plusieurs cas de figure pour lesquels une entreprise pourrait avoir besoin d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience et d\u2019un savoir-faire suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 court ou \u00e0 moyen terme. Pensez par exemple au lancement de projets de grande envergure (gestion de projets), \u00e0 l\u2019introduction de nouveaux processus ou m\u00e9thodes de travail (gestion du changement) et \u00e0 la garantie de la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s. Le recrutement d\u2019un int\u00e9rim manager permet alors d\u2019apporter rapidement \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise les qualit\u00e9s et la valeur ajout\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaires sans devoir passer par une longue p\u00e9riode de formation. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>Quels enseignements?<\/h2>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, nul ne contestera l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la formule d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019entrer en fonction imm\u00e9diatement et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une expertise r\u00e9elle ainsi que d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender rapidement les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s d\u2019une entreprise. Cependant\u2026 nous pouvons nous interroger sur la durabilit\u00e9 des changements qui sont impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une mission d\u2019interim management. La transformation d\u2019une organisation ou la mise en oeuvre durable d\u2019un nouveau projet requiert une grande dose d\u2019appropriation par l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes. L\u2019interim manager, aussi convaincant soit-il, est-il en mesure d\u2019obtenir cette adh\u00e9sion sur un laps de temps court.<br \/>\nN\u2019oublions pas, par ailleurs, de challenger les co\u00fbts r\u00e9els inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la formule.
