Ainsi, les &lsquo;starters&rsquo; masculins b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient deux fois plus d&rsquo;un d\u00e9fraiement forfaitaire et trois fois plus d&rsquo;une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. La diff\u00e9rence en termes de salaire mensuel brut est moins nette: les hommes gagnent en moyenne 2008,6 euros en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re, contre 1935,78 euros pour leurs coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le prestataire de services RH SD Worx a compar\u00e9 les salaires de plus de 11.500 jeunes travailleurs de moins de 24 ans et ayant moins de deux ans d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe salaire mensuel brut des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9butants masculins est en moyenne 3,8% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui de leurs coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines. Cette diff\u00e9rence se marque encore davantage en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable et d&rsquo;avantages compl\u00e9mentaires. Les starters masculins b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient plus souvent que leurs coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines d&rsquo;une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable ou d&rsquo;avantages extral\u00e9gaux tels que bonus, commissions, primes, bonus salarial, options d&rsquo;achat d&rsquo;actions, d\u00e9fraiement forfaitaire, assurance de groupe, ch\u00e8ques repas ou voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Fait \u00e9tonnant, ces diff\u00e9rences s&rsquo;observent pour tous les employ\u00e9s d\u00e9butants, quelle que soit leur fonction.<\/p>\n<p>Les assurances de groupe (70%) et les ch\u00e8ques-repas (60,4%) sont les avantages extral\u00e9gaux les plus populaires aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9butants. Les hommes sont 74,4% \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une assurance de groupe, contre 67,9% des femmes. Les ch\u00e8ques-repas sont aussi plus souvent accord\u00e9s aux hommes (62,4%) qu&rsquo;aux femmes (59,4%).<br \/>\nMais le principal foss\u00e9 salarial en termes d&rsquo;avantages extral\u00e9gaux s&rsquo;observe dans le d\u00e9fraiement forfaitaire et dans les v\u00e9hicules de soci\u00e9t\u00e9: 7% des &lsquo;starters&rsquo; f\u00e9minines disposent d&rsquo;une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, alors que ce chiffre est trois fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins (21,4%). Quant au d\u00e9fraiement forfaitaire, il est accord\u00e9 nettement plus souvent aux hommes (5,8%) qu&rsquo;aux femmes (2,9%).<\/p>\n<p>Le foss\u00e9 salarial entre employ\u00e9s d\u00e9butants se marque aussi dans le salaire variable. Les hommes (2,9%) sont deux fois plus nombreux que les femmes (1,4%) \u00e0 recevoir un bonus salarial. La diff\u00e9rence est moins marqu\u00e9e pour les bonus, commissions et primes (2,4% vs. 1,9%) et les options d&rsquo;achats d&rsquo;actions (0,3% vs. 0,2%).<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;analyse, ces r\u00e9sultats ne sont pas tellement le fruit d&rsquo;une forme de discrimination dans la n\u00e9gociation du package salarial. Ils s&rsquo;expliquent notamment par les diff\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de repr\u00e9sentation des genres dans les secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s: <em>\u201cLes femmes sont plus nombreuses \u00e0 travailler dans des secteurs moins bien pay\u00e9s et dans lesquels les avantages extral\u00e9gaux sont plus restreints, comme le commerce. Les femmes travaillent en outre plus souvent \u00e0 temps partiel que les hommes. Pour les jeunes adultes qui sortent de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, \u00e0 dipl\u00f4me \u00e9gal, on ne devrait pas pouvoir observer de diff\u00e9rence.
