Elle a cependant d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des habitudes \/ comportements sur le lieu de travail qui nuisent manifestement \u00e0 son \u00e9panouissement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La plateforme Glassdoor vient de mettre en \u00e9vidence une s\u00e9rie de comportements qui sont d\u00e9sormais int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au quotidien de la plupart des jeunes travailleurs et qui contribuent \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en puissance du stress au sein des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Quelles sont-elles ?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La course pour rejoindre le boulot<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Attendre le dernier moment pour sortir de la couette et filer au travail&#8230; Il faut apprendre \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer son temps.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Manger sur son lieu de travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plupart des entreprises accordent entre 30 et 60 minutes \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs en guise de temps de midi. C&rsquo;est une des raisons pour lesquelles 62% des travailleurs d\u00e9vorent leurs casse-cro\u00fbtes en restant fig\u00e9s \u00e0 leur bureau. Selon une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le Hartman Group, les Millennials pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent manger seuls afin de pouvoir se consacrer \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres t\u00e2ches simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le multi-tasking<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes tous entra\u00een\u00e9s \u00e0 devenir multi-t\u00e2ches dans nos vies priv\u00e9es. M\u00eame si le multi-tasking permet d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre le volume de travail, c&rsquo;est la qualit\u00e9 des prestations qui en souffre et qui, forc\u00e9ment, ralentit les perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement dans l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Accrocs \u00e0 l&rsquo;e-mail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon Glassdoor, <em>\u00ab\u00a059% des travailleurs am\u00e9ricains utilisent leurs appareils mobiles pour rester connect\u00e9s au travail en dehors des heures de bureau. Il suffirait pourtant de d\u00e9sactiver l&rsquo;option e-mail de votre smartphone.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en guise de pause<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le temps de la pause est venu, nombre d&rsquo;entre nous v\u00e9rifient ce qui circule sur les m\u00e9dia sociaux. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la pause est perdu : vous restez les yeux riv\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cran comme pendant le reste de la journ\u00e9e&#8230; Sommes-nous encore capables de nous \u00e9loigner, ne f\u00fbt-ce que pour une quinzaine de minutes par jour, de notre \u00e9cran de travail ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des SMS urgents \u00e0 envoyer ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hormis en cas d&rsquo;urgence familiale, il n&rsquo;est pas imp\u00e9rieux de r\u00e9agir aux messages instantan\u00e9s qui affluent sur nos gsm. L&rsquo;impact sur la concentration et sur la disponibilit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de nos coll\u00e8gues est n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Passer son temps \u00e0 se plaindre du boulot&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Votre patron est nul. Tous vos coll\u00e8gues le reconnaissent&#8230; Toutefois, cela n&rsquo;implique pas forc\u00e9ment que vous soyez en droit de partager votre constat sur votre lieu de travail. Ce n&rsquo;est ni l&rsquo;endroit ni le moment. Vous pourrez un jour l&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 vos d\u00e9pens&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Des habitudes difficiles \u00e0 perdre ?
